We were very well received at the reception by Bárbara and had dinner in the restaurant where Mr. António showed a lot of friendliness and kindness. At the end of our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Adelaide, a very friendly and welcoming lady. When we go to Gerês we already know where to stay.

Simply horrible. It was really a big disappointment. I do not recommend!!! Our room, which was tiny, was located in the basement, which means that the window was below the street, and therefore it was not possible to open the shutters, much less the window, it didn't matter either, as the view was the car tires. a car; access to the room is from outside the building, that is, to check in you had to go down 34 steps with the trolley and your travel bag, and then you had to climb 34 steps and leave the building to get to the room , but the employee who accompanied us also didn't ask if we needed help...... and if it's raining there's no chance of getting to the dining area and reception without getting rained on. There was no Wi-Fi in the room either. As for the pool, you need to go by car or take a walk of about 20 minutes, as it is 950m away. In fact, the pool is in the "Pool Bar". We were supposed to stay two nights and we only stayed one, and because we arrived at around 7.30pm we were no longer able to book somewhere else to stay that night....

Top notch from the staff, food, cleanliness! I loved the hotel, very clean, cheroso! Breakfast had a lot of variety of foods and had regional products! Gerês honey, bread, etc. The mountain landscape when you wake up...We loved this vacation!

Despite having booked a double room, a double bed, we were assigned a room with two beds pushed together, despite the sheets and the headboard of the bed disguising the fact. Good hotel in Gerês, with beautiful views of the entire valley. The hotel from the outside looks more like a pension, but inside it improves a lot. The beds are comfortable, and both rooms had a terrace. The bathroom is a little dated and could do with updating. It has street parking next to the hotel. The breakfast was adequate, and the best thing was the fantastic views from the restaurant.

Quality great price. Breakfast varied and good. I think the bathroom deserved renovation and the room is quite small, although it has an incredible view. Good location. Friendly receptionist who gave us recommendations on places to visit. I recommend.
