Lovely friendly staff lovely room beds super comfey and central to everything look forward to booking again soon husband works here in villanova so I will be back and forward all time this year will definitely be booking again extra pillow would be great but enjoyed my stay thanks yvonne and scott Mitchell

I stayed there for 2 nights in August 2022 - nice small hotel, room is of decent size with a nice balcony. The entire hotel seems a bit outdated and would need a refurbishment but everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Arnau was very friendly and extremely efficient when I came late at night for check in. The hotel is next to the Marina so in a good location but the entire Marina and local area is a bit off putting, a few bars/restaurants/coffee places here and there but Vilanova in general is not the pretties of all places.. But if you are looking for a nice quiet place then I recommend Mumm Hotel.

Baños a renovar, ni me he duchado porque da miedo, el olor a cloaca que hay en este edificio es super fuerte, la habitación huele a cloaca, la entrada absolutamente todo. Esa noche nos quedamos encerrados en el balcón, no pudimos abrir las puertas debido a que las cerramos muy fuerte creo yo, totao eran las 22h mas o menos y llamamos a recepción 15 veces, oye ni una respuesta, mi pareja quiso saltar desde el balcón para poder abrir pero nos dio cosa que se rompiera las piernas, total al cabo de un rato conseguimos abrir la puerta, nos preparamos para salir a cenar y al bajar las escaleras pues el chico estaba en recepción, vosotros veis normal tener gente con un sueldo en recepción y que no cojan ni una de las 15 llamadas? Que nos quedemos encerados en el balcón y no haya absolutamente ninguna manera de contactar? Es denunciable porque si no se abria la puerta a saber comi ibamos a pasar la noche

Mi experiencia en Mum by Pillows fue extremadamente decepcionante. Durante mi estancia del 20 al 21 de julio de 2024, olvidé un par de zapatos de edición limitada en mi habitación (B2). A pesar de contactar a la recepción apenas 4 horas después de mi check-out, no obtuve ninguna ayuda concreta. Me informaron que no sabían nada y que consultarían con el personal de limpieza, pero no ofrecieron soluciones. El hotel carece de cámaras de seguridad en los pasillos, lo que dificulta la verificación de lo que sucede en las habitaciones. Además, la comunicación con el establecimiento ha sido imposible, ya que no responden ni a correos electrónicos ni a llamadas telefónicas. Básicamente, se lavan las manos con todo y delegan la responsabilidad a personas que simplemente responden con "no sé" o "no puedo hacerlo". Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es ineficaz, ya que no hay ningún correo válido para emergencias y no responde nadie. Estos zapatos no solo tienen un alto valor económico, sino también un gran valor personal para mí. La falta de atención y servicio al cliente en este hotel es inaceptable. No recomiendo este establecimiento a nadie que valore la seguridad y el buen trato a sus pertenencias. Muy decepcionado con Mum by Pillows y su gestión. Romina

MUY BIEN. Lástima que haya gente que intente desprestigiar negocios/establecimientos por sus propios errores sin haber pisado nunca el sitio. Mi experiencia fue de 10, relación calidad precio muy buena. Personal muy amable, buena ubicación y todo limpio.

Fatal no puedo decir otra cosa la peor estancia, servicio, trato recibido en años, no me lo puedo creer como aún pueden haber hosteleros así. Me gustaría que el hotel se pusiera en contacto conmigo pero lo dudo mucho porque fue allí mismo y no quisieron hablar.

Vergonzoso. Mi experiencia con este hotel ha sido horrible. Solamente diré una cosa: Están denunciados a Consumo por incumplir la Ley. Eso puede dar una idea a los viajeros de lo que les espera. Hasta Booking les ha tenido que llamar la atención en varias ocasiones. Creo que con eso lo digo todo.

Si buscan un hotel acojedor y con vistas al mar, mejor que pasen su camino! A mi me atendio una recepcionista antipatica y encima me toco una habitacion en la parte trasera del edificio: Vistas/ruidos de las obras del edificio vecino. En mi reserva inicial solicite expresamente tener una habitacion "con vistas al mar" y sin embargo, decidieron ignorar mi peticion. Nadie me informo de que las habitaciones delanteras no estaban disponibles. Adjunto una foto desde mi balcon para que juzquen ustedes...
