Stayed couple of nights for business purpose so did not need anything more fancy. The reception looks quite ok but dont get deluded. Building is tatty, decadent, ugly, dirty, rundown and unwelcome. Room is on the small side which did not bother us. What did terrified us was the couple of cockroaches we found in the bedroom on second night of staying. We were already very disappointed with the place but that was the end of it. Breakfast is free and you will understand why. No worth the money and neither the experience. Stay away if you care for cleanliness. It might fit many people purposes but definitely not mine. Only good thing is the location.

Stayed here for one night on my way back to Barcelona in Aug 22. Room was absolutely fine. Lost a star due to the totally unhelpful receptionist when checking-in. There’s no parking at the hotel and you are told to go to the station where you can park for free (although you have to find out where it is for yourself as there was no help forthcoming from the hotel).

We had an amazing weekend at Gatell Hotel. The rooms were were clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and very helpful. I would specifically like to mention Sara and Noemi for being very attentive and helping us out with a smile. All together it was a great stay. 5 stars

The worst experience of my life, I felt completely scammed. The photos DO NOT correspond to reality, the treatment is non-existent, the room was dirty and smelly, not even the sheets seemed clean. The rooms are noisy, there is no sound insulation, nor did any electronic device work properly. Thank goodness we were only going to spend one night, don't be fooled, the reception is the only thing that has two stars, the rest is worse than a roadside motel, don't even think about going with children.

The hotel is consistent with a 2 star. Everything was very good, the treatment from the receptionists was outstanding, they help you with everything you need. The rooms are correct for the price they have. It is close to everything!!!!!!!!I recommend it!!!

Cozy hotel, very kind and friendly receptionists, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows near the ten station and the center. Full breakfast, freshly made croissants, very good. Good value for money
