The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.

The condo is wonderful. With three bedrooms it accomodates several people. The porch is very nicely furnished. There are no negatives. And on top of it all is the ocean right there

Sister trip
Overall nice. Lacking in some basic supplies. Such as kleenex, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge. Shower supplies. Beach chairs are old,rusty,broken.

Love the small homey feel. Very clean and centrally located. Large condo with great chairs and table on deck. Lived it here.

Location location
This is a lovely property. Laid out for privacy when needed, or gathering to watch the waves. The beach felt private - so convenient, so beautiful. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. It’s a wonderful property for family with physical limitations - ramps, elevator, grab bars. Communication with the owner was very easy. Easy access to grocery and liquor store. It’s a wonderful destination.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks on a “workcation” and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The location is amazing, right on the beach and perfect for walks and spending time in the sunshine. It’s very close to shopping

Gorgeous, Quiet, Convenient
Beautifully appointed, near bridge to St Augustine and Publix, this condo is spacious and light filled. Excellent quality appliances, washer and dryer, with the ocean at your doorstep. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Only drawback was the kitchen utensils were a big insufficient and random. Great communication with the host.

Perfection!
This was my family’s first Vrbo and it was absolutely perfect! The location is right on the beach. The house/condo was spacious and had every amenity you could want. A tv in every room and 2 types of coffee makers. Full kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Washer and dryer was awesome for a longer stay. Communication with the owner/manager was also a great experience. 10/10 perfect rating and will get this place if we ever come back to Saint Augustine!
