The ants were rampant throughout the room. At 2:00 in the morning the fire alarm wakes us up with a start, without any justified reason, after calling the reception several times, we only receive a: "Everything is fine, sorry for the inconvenience".

Best golf resort on the Algarve. Will come again. Great service & STAFF. You cannot go wrong. The onside golf course is of the highest standard. The club itself is outstanding. Enjoy the lunch menu the club staff are excellent and all the facilities onsite

Wonderful 5star Hotel. Took the Deluxe Golf, an Exceptional Home From Home Experience. Room very spacious, balcony and sliding doors to room gave so much space. Compliments to all the Staff, nice to speak with the Team in the restaurant and bar at meal times. Large selection of dishes, food excellent. Lovely grounds and pool area/bar. Quick easy and friendly check in. Rooms lovely and comfortable. Breakfast delicious, lots of choices, hot and cold, and so nice sitting at the little lake. Pool area is lovely, lots of places to sit. Great stay, would definitely recommend going.

We visited family in Portugal and stayed at this hotel for a week in April. There were 4 generations of family ranging from 8 to 88 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so we have just rebooked to visit again in May 2025. The garden rooms are lovely and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate and assist with the elderly grandparents we brought with us who have limited mobility. Picking them up and taking them to breakfast and dropping them back to their room in the evening. We were bed and breakfast and I think the hotel offered the best breakfast we have ever eaten abroad. We didn’t have evening Meals at the hotel but the menu looked Lovely. We brought drinks from the bar a few times and found them a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes With such a beautiful location. The indoor pool Area was great for our 8 year old and meant he was kept entertained on the days we chose not to venture out. Two of our party played golf at the resort and said the course is beautiful and the greens are incredibly well kept. We cannot wait to visit again next year.

We had an average/pleasant family stay. The resort is ‘oversold’ & very overpriced. Pros - The communal areas are nice, the pool is rarely too busy, sunbeds comfy, pool towels ok. The food is adequate, breakfast nicest experience. Coffee, juices & water included - but, NOT at dinner??!! Half board, charged for water at dinner, €4.95 for small carafe which was disappointing. Cons - Rooms very tired, towels stained & very old & tired. Pool bar pricey. Information given very limited. No shuttle to beach option. Shop limited options Would not visit again or recommend.

Stayed in a garden villa that could have done with a refit. It was just all a bit worn and unloved. The indoor pool needs a full refurb, rust everywhere and a bit grubby. The clubhouse staff and food were absolutely lovely. There’s no shops anywhere nearby and you will need to get an Uber anywhere you want to go as the hotel is quite far out of the centre. Golf course was immaculate. The pool bar was okay but they really need to heighten the nets from the driving range. In more than one occasion stray balls came over and into the pond next to the bar. Very dangerous. Also the local birds feast on leftovers as the tables aren’t cleared regularly. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and no rush to get you out of the restaurant. Excellent for groups of golfers, not much else to do.

I wanted a few days away to relax and unwind, this is for certain what I got…. I loved the hotel, loved the food, loved having my breakfast next to the birds / ducks … my room was nice , plenty of space for me … good size bathroom… All areas clean, don’t be put off by reading the other reviews, not all hotels can be freshly painted , new and modern for ever… nothing wrong with this place if you want to relax…
