Upon arrival the door was opened for us. Unfortunately, upon checking in it turned out that our room was not available. Efforts were made to find a solution. We were given a two-room apartment on the third floor. Mattresses were not great, the pillows hard. The sound of the elevator could be heard continuously. The bathroom had defects and in the extra toilet there was a strong sewer smell. Breakfast was standard. Enough variety and more than enough. The decoration of the hotel is nice, but maintenance is needed. After 1 night fortunately on to the next location.

Nothing like advertised!!!!! Noise from road and railway line directly behind which is not detailed in description! Very dated and in desperate need of modernisation! Refund DECLINED and then lied and said they would offer refund if asked! Stay away!

Love this hotel! 4th visit :) We first came here in 2019 and then couldn’t for 2 years due to the virus! since then we have returned 22,23 and now here for 2024. We love this hotel! Everyone is so friendly and the hotel itself is so calm/relaxing and pleasant! This has became a yearly sibling trip for us and we are so grateful that this hotel makes it so special for us! We aim to visit atleast once a year. The location is great, easy to access taxis /ubers to the town/harbour area! Thankyou always! we will be back 2025 :) J & J hawkins :)

Just back today from a fantastic 10 days at this hotel, felt from day one you got the personal touch, the gentleman at breakfast was lovely and polite offering tips about the resort and made us very welcome each morning. The room we had was fantastic huge balcony very clean bedding and the hotel decor was quirky with its bikes and nostalgia items, it proves that sometimes the smaller hotels try harder that was definitely the case here. The location is only an Uber ride to the marina costing and average of 5.00 euros plus you can get to most locations from this hotel. Lovely boutique hotel just off N125 . Friendly staff,excellent standards and facilities. While staying there I became ill and had to attend Faro hospital. The help I got from the lady owner and João at reception was truly excellent for which I am very grateful. This is a small family run hotel with high standards and based on our experience of a 2 weeks stay can highly recommend it.

We have driven past this hotel on many occasions over the years, but decided to give it a try during a recent long weekend break in the Algarve and so pleased we did. It's a lovely little hotel, immaculately clean throughout and very friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool which was delightful. The rooms have everything you need and an excellent walk-in shower. We asked for a kettle and got one. Breakfast is plentiful with a selection of hot and cold food. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sunbeds. Very relaxing. The hotel has a licenced bar and the prices are very reasonable. Fortunately, we had a car so could get out and about which might be the only drawback if you didn't have transport - the hotel is somewhat off the beaten track in terms of local amenities. The restaurant next door wasn't open during the time we were there which meant we had to drive in order to get lunch/dinner but that wasn't a problem for us. Really enjoyed our short stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Adorei este hotel de 3* com qualidade e detalhes que alguns 4* não têm. Espaço decorado com gosto, na nacional 125, em frente ao acesso a Vilamoura. Boa piscina e espaço exterior. Bons quartos e banhos com boa pressão de água. Decorado com mobilettes antigas e com um BMW Isetta na sala de refeições, o que fez as delícias do meu marido que é colecionador de Isettas. O pequeno almoço tinha produtos de muita qualidade. O sumo de laranja era natural, a torta de laranja era caseira, bons pães, boa fruta. Tudo muito bom. Voltarei e recomendo.

Hotel simpático, bem situado e algo moderno. Alguns quartos possuem varanda para o exterior. Utilizei apenas para pernoita de uma noite. Pequeno almoço agradável e suficiente. Possui piscina e espaço de bar nas traseiras. Confortável , recomendo.

Buen hotel con precios moderados en comparación con Vilamoura. Gran piscina con tumbonas. Desayuno correcto Algo escaso de personal. Hay que coger el coche para ir a cualquier sitio, pero el ahorro en precio vale la pena. Decorado con motocicletas antiguas.
