We loved both the location and the room with great views of the beach and the fabulous promenade, as well as the hotel staff.

Hotel agradable limpio y bien ubicado

The waitresses were rude. They were clearing the tables to our left and right while badmouthing table 12. We had the check on the table where it said we were table 12. I don't know if they thought we couldn't read. It was 9:20 p.m. If they wanted to close, they could have told us.

It's a hotel we've been going to for a long time, and it's a shame how the quality has declined. The room amenities used to be brand-name, but now they're terrible sachets. The breakfasts don't have the variety they used to have. The tables don't have cloth tablecloths, and it's clear that there's less staff—a shame.

The adapted room is at the back with no view. It's a huge mistake that only all rooms except the adapted one have a bathtub. Cleanliness is fine. Breakfast is very poor, with little variety of fruits or juices, you have to have different types of milk, etc., and it's the same every day. Very poor and expensive for what you get. With the new management, they've eliminated the restaurant, which was first-class. Now you can get something to eat in the cafeteria, but it's average. It's better to go to any nearby restaurant, which is wonderful. The staff is good and very friendly. The new management of the hotel, the Alda group, is suspended. You can't have a hotel in such a wonderful location and manage it so poorly.

I'VE KNOWN THE HOTEL SINCE IT OPENED AND WE HAVE NOT MISSED EVEN THE YEAR OF THE PANDEMIC! THE ROOMS ARE THE SAME, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AS ALWAYS BUT SINCE IT BELONGS TO ALDA, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ATMOSPHERE. IT'S AS IF THERE WAS NO HAPPINESS ANYMORE. RAFA IS MISSING, WHO WAS A BIT OF THE SOUL OF THE RESTAURANT AND THE HOTEL IN GENERAL, BECAUSE HE WAS EVERYWHERE WITH HIS GLOSSY AND SYMPATHY. BREAKFAST IS WHAT HAS DISAPPOINTED ME THE MOST. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A SMALL BUFFET BUT OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, THIS YEAR I WAS TOO LAZY TO GO TO BREAKFAST. IT'S A SHAME THAT ALDA DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF THIS DETAIL AT LEAST IN THESE HOLIDAY HOTELS. ALSO, IT'S NOT CHEAP 7.50 € AND THE ONLY THING THAT IS APPETIZING IS A COFFEE AND A MINI CROISSANT OR A TOAST WITH "HELIOS" JAM. THIS BREAKFAST COSTS LESS IN ANY CAFE! EVERYTHING ELSE THEY OFFER IS OF NO QUALITY, THE HAM, THE COLD MEAT, THE OMELETTE I DIDN'T TRY THEM BECAUSE THEY LOOKED UNAPPRECIATED, THE YOGURT OF THE MOTHER'S TIME, WITHOUT A CAMERA, THE FRUITS? APPLES, ORANGES AND BANANAS. WHERE ARE THE FRUITS OF THIS SEASON? CHERRIES, APRICOTS, PEACHES ..... IN SHORT, A SHAME! I HOPE THEY RECONSIDER AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE BREAKFAST EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE PRICE. WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
