All a deception. I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0. I called by phone and they granted me a pre-reservation for a date in July, since they claimed that they did not have an open agenda. I called again two days later to expand from 3 to 4 people, and they told me that pre-reservations do not exist. They yelled at us on the phone saying we were lying. We forwarded the pre-reservation email and they called us apologizing, assuring us that the pre-reservation does not exist but that they made it to us by mistake. They told us that they would keep it for us and that they would let us know when the agenda was open. After a few weeks, I discovered on my own that the agenda was already open online and the prices were there. They hadn't notified us. When we call, they do not want to give us explanations as to why the agenda was open without having communicated anything to us. They gave us an exorbitant budget (almost €600 for two nights), when they offered a much lower price on the internet. Clearly, so that he does not accept the reservation.
