Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and the location is great for hiking trips. You can hike in the region itself or easily catch a bus. Close to Teide cablecar. Very friendly and flexibel host. Can recommend for people travelling alone.

Horrible stay. The photos do not correspond to reality, the room was humid and especially cold. The shared bathroom on the first floor has a shower curtain that is too short and the bathroom floods immediately, and the bathroom is cold too. The breakfast area is nice, there is tea and coffee, but the room smells of mold, and of course it is cold there too, there is a stove but it does not work. Putting a microwave and a working stove would make this environment pleasant, and heating should be installed in the rooms and bathroom. The wifi works well.

Gomera room without window, nor real door for that matter. An incomprehensible message of complaint from the manager in the middle of the night for excessive music on our part - we do not have a music device... Strong smell of tobacco in the only "common room", the one located outside not being attractive. In short, one night, but enough. There is certainly better in Viraflor, which is a very pretty village by the way.

the hotel is located at 1466 m it is 6° at night in winter, we are there in February and there is NO heating in the rooms or in any parts of the hotel! so you have 6° in the hotel. And for the blankets you have a duvet that does not cover the bed + 1 blanket and manage because there is no one even on the phone no one answers, anyway the owners are in France you don't come across the nice cleaning ladies who do what they can with nothing! make you vomit No soundproofing between the rooms ditto a dormitory Too bad because the hotel has beautiful rooms and a beautiful decor On our 4 nights spent we met the other guests who all complained of the same problems, We hope that the owners will hold take into account the opinions of their customers in the future

Very unfriendly staff, the room was so cold that we had to sleep in our outdoor jackets. No food, not even a kettle, so you're completely lost in the morning and have no food. The room and windows couldn't be locked and it was right next to the street, anyone could have broken in straight away. It was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Not recommended at all, don't book under any circumstances!!!

Alloggio romantico, sensazione di essere fuori dal tempo. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e grazie alla procedura di efficiente self check in (istruzioni precise date via messaggio dal personale), siamo entrati nella nostra bellissima stanza: pulita, spaziosa, letto comodo, estremamente silenziosa. La mattina successiva per 7€ a persona ci hanno preparato una colazione internazionale molto abbondante in un clima di accoglienza famigliare bellissima. Assolutamente consigliato.
