The hotel itself is not bad, but I asked for another Dover, the hotel did not put it, but the most ridiculous thing came. I went and took the cup in FRIGOB. It was amazing. There was a comb in it. And it didn't stop. When it arrived at the hotel around 11 am, it was also informed that there was no available garage space, and on the travel website and the hotel's website, this written garage space was polite. Booked the room through Expedia and showed hotel staff confirmation through the Expedia app. Hotel could not find reservation in their system and refused to call Expedia to make things right. I had no choice but to pay to book the hotel again directly through the front desk. Absolute breakdown in the hotel’s systems and worst experience ever. Now I’m left having to waste my time calling Expedia customer service trying to get a refund because this hotel gave us terrible service. On top of it, they want to charge us more than what our Expedia rate is. Never again!

Estivemos de 01-04/02/23, fomos muito bem atendidos. O diferencial é o atendimento, especialmente do Hebany, garçom e da Roberia, recepcionista. Nos sentimos em casa! Nossa primeira vez no Espírito Santo e ficamos surpresos de ter praia e montanha no mesmo Estado e tudo pertinho, apenas tenham atenção ao radares na rodovia, são muitos.

A city hotel with a beach house style. This is the Hotel Senac Isla do Boi. Although it is not on the beach of the cant, it is a short walk from the bars and restaurants that are exciting victory.
