We mistakenly booked the hotel in the wrong area, and a non-refundable reservation. A minute after the reservation we requested to cancel through the website where we made the booking - but a few hours later we received a refusal from the hotel - that is - they took money without our stay
We have no way to really rate this hotel. It can be excellent and it can be bad
The approach was not appropriate and therefore we were disappointed

At the hotel, our experience was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with exceptional treatment, making us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The outdoor pool was a true oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a 10 stay. Additionally, we decided to have a massage at the hotel spa, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, leaving us completely revitalized.

It is a very peaceful location and a great place to relax with your family.
The staff is welcoming and very friendly.
The rooms are large and bright. The balcony is very pleasant. The only negative point regarding the storage is the lack of a closet. There is only one hanger where you can hang clothes, but it is not functional and is not tall enough for dresses or trousers...
The SPA ends up being small for the size of the hotel.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was an excellent experience. Everything was very good.
The only real negative point to point out is the fact that you have to pay for parking, in an isolated hotel in the middle of a forest!

A very nice hotel and very friendly staff. In the end we didn't go to the spa because we arrived a little late from the trekking routes. Spectacular breakfast, buffet style and everything was really good. The very quiet place. Huge beds, I have rested like I haven't in a long time. I certainly plan to return.

In general terms, the room and the hotel are perfectly within what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. We just don't understand why bathtubs are still used in bedrooms.
Regarding breakfast, everything was good, but the variety was relative, just good, nothing out of this world!
As for the SPA, the jacuzzi had warm water, colder than the pool water itself...perhaps due to some temporary technical issue.
The general cleaning was good, however, the Turkish bath needs more thorough cleaning, because after using the Turkish bath my body, feet, hands and back were itchy, possibly due to fungi.

I ended up buying the wrong voucher for my family and I and at the same time I realized the error I contacted the hotel staff. I received extremely poor service and the person had no desire to resolve my problem. Right after the wrong purchase, I made the purchase for the right date. I suggested that the rate I paid for the first reservation be converted into credits or something similar. Also without any desire to solve my problem, the girl informed me that she couldn't do anything.
Anyway, I don't recommend this place to anyone. Companies need to understand that they are not doing us consumers any favors.
I'm going to take the trip because I've already paid (twice).

The service at the reception is good, what we noticed was the inexperience of the staff in the restaurant and bar, but it seems to us that this is due to a lack of training. They were friendly and tried hard to please, but with reduced staff, requests could not be met. For example: we ordered four nails on bread and it took 1 hour to prepare, with constant apologies in between. This incident cannot be blamed on employees.
