The hotel is extremely outdated, with outdated rooms lacking in amenities or any comfort. Curtains let in all the light, old and rickety furniture, uncomfortable and small beds, few amenities, and no water. Few people are working. The breakfast lady cleans the rooms, the receptionist runs the bar—poor things, they do the best they can, but for a 4-star hotel, it's unacceptable. The worst part is the restaurant: poor quality and service. Breakfast is simple, but manageable. Overall, I don't recommend it at all, but considering the limited options on the island, if you have to stay...good luck.

One of the few hotels on Santa Maria Island. The rooms are quite spacious and in good condition overall. It's located near the airport and the area is very quiet. The breakfast is varied and adequate, considering the time of year and the hotel's low occupancy. The staff is incredibly friendly.

The hotel needs updating, rooms are spacious but basic and a little dated. Breakfast has variety but the ingredients/products are poor. Not worth the 4 stars. Outdated, not the best ingredients at breakfast although it offers some variety. Not 4 stars, to me.

Very good hotel. Facilities well maintained and clean. Smelly bathroom and clean towels and bed. We were on tour and they served a great dinner. Excellent team of employees. It is very close to the Church of Fátima.

We hebben hier 5 nachten verbleven. Het is een saai hotel, dat niets uitstraalt. Het ontbijt is matig en het diner is een aanfluiting. Er zit ‘s avonds dan ook bijna niemand te dineren. (Zie mijn beoordeling over het restaurant). Het zwembad van nu is niet te vergelijken met de foto’s van de website. De bedden zijn versleten er zijn geen parasols en daardoor is het in de zon niet uit te houden. Tijdens ons bezoek was er een invasie van ongedierte (mieren en pissebedden). In de bar was geen personeel. De dame van het restaurant kwam af en toe een keer kijken of iemand iets te drinken wilde. Het personeel is wel aardig, maar het is zeker niet te vergelijken met de noord-Europese horeca. Voor mij is dit zeker geen 4-sterren waard.

Hotel muito agradável e tranquilo. Boa localização a escassos quilómetros de Vila do Porto. Os quartos são simples e grandes, com pequeno terraço que dá acesso directo à piscina. Talvez precisem de melhoramentos a nível de decoração assim como as casas de banho precisam que sejam substituidas as banheiras por bases de duche. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Pessoal simpático.

Hôtel 4 étoiles digne d'un 2 étoiles. loin de tout sauf de l aéroport Manque de propreté (photo de ma terrasse), nourriture du petit déjeuné déplorable (photos à l'appui), pas mieux pour le seul diner pris arrivé tardif ! accueil limite, pas étonnant qu'il n'y avait personne .
