This was an amazing stay! Had a fabulous view of the mountains, sea and the church. Everyone was respectful of the space, with clean kitchen and bathrooms. It was very quiet at night and the rooms were immaculate and super comfortable to stay in. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay whilst on your ring road itinerary :)

Spotlessly clean, sumptuous breakfast, caring host for our welfare due to storm road closures (very kind). Very comfortable rooms, beds. Shared bathroom worked well for all of the users. Sound proofing minimal so other guests noises heard. Other than that really great stay. Superb eating area and view

Very average. You have to queue up to go to the toilet.

Nice place for one night. Shared bathrooms woth other guests, but not bad. Not able to accommodate Gluten Free for breakfast. Close to town and gppd view from some of the rooms.

Brilliant guesthouse. Spacious and modern double room, comfy bed and nice area to relax in. Small basic kitchen (microwave and fridge) which can be used for breakfast and other meals. Easy parking outside as well. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and modern.

Very clean place for a great price and the location is really close to town which is great. My only complaint is the lack of plug in options. Our room only had two outlets, and when you're traveling and needing to charge cameras and phones, etc, that made it really tough

Guesthouse Carina is a very modern yet homely guesthouse with all the facilities new and very clean. Really welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms (we booked for a family of 3 and were lucky enough to get a balcony room with ocean views). The dining / shared area was a highlight with it being in a huge glass cube that gave you amazing waterfront views. Would have been nice to have warm food options at breakfast such as eggs, sausages etc given how cold it is in winter. Other than that highly recommend!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is excellent but the room price is quite high.

For 2 people, charged $233 and they put us in the basement, no breakfast. They asked another $40 for breakfast. No bathroom or toilet in the room. No TV. Noisy upstairs. This is like a youth hostel for a much higher price. Staff was snooty/rude.

Everything was excellent. One little thing, would be great one microwave for more convenient.
