"My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull

"Hotel Southern Grand in Vijayawada provided a pleasant and comfortable stay for me and my family during our one-night visit. The room quality was excellent, room service was prompt and courteous, and the food served was delicious and satisfying. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. It is also conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. PVP Shopping Mall is just about 2.5 km away and can be reached in around 10 minutes via M.G. Road. The famous Durga Malleswari (Kanaka Durga) Temple is approximately 4 km from the hotel and can be accessed easily by auto or cab via the Krishna River bridge, with options to reach the temple either by steps or the ghat road."

GGuest UserEnjoyed everything here . Service in the rooms could have been faster . Used Plates lying outside room doors for over 15-18 hours . Housekeeping needs to gear up . Change batteries in the safe took them more than 2 hours . Breakfast could have improved . Was boring to eat the same mostly for 4 nights

GGuest UserRegarding the stay at hotel indraprattha, i have to say that the place was very cool and silent, although it was located in near to the road. In restaurant the complementary breakfast was also well presented and with timely attention. The quality of the food presented was also very good. The staff in the hotel were very polite and clear about the communication to me on the booking and timing limits. I rate the hotel a full 5/5.

GGuest UserHaving booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.
