Wah Taj! This is our first stay in a Taj or a sister hotel. The property is on the famous MG road, so your shopping is sorted out. The stay has been very comfortable, the staff exceptional! The highlight of our stay was the breakfast! Amazing spread! And super delicious!! Would stay again here!!!!!

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk manager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant Manager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they manage to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Our stay was comfortable. Room was clean and hygienic. Pool and pool side was good. You get to see the city view at the pool. We spent some good time but the pool. No kids pool though. Floaters for children werent available when asked but later the pool incharge got two of them. I felt the Property should have maintained stock of swimwear for guests. Poolside shower options were the best I have seen so far. Breakfast options were good. Food options and menu should be definitely better. Pillows were torn and the stuffing was popping out(two pillows). Telephone instruments are totally outdated and definitely have to be replaced. We used the phone on speaker until second day. It was good to see F&B Manager Jitesh attending and checking if everything was good. The front desk went beyond to consider our late check out request. I didn't know that there were four dining options, haven't seen any info anywhere about them(or is it me who didn't explore!) Not sure if they had spa too. I guess a display/flyer in the room out at front desk would have been good. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are well maintained food quantity and myn is adequate and quality executive room is recommended room is big bathroom is quite big Breakfast spread is good and tasteful Lobby needs more upgrade and elevators staff everything else pretty good staff are excellent house keep and restaurant staff are quite helpful and quick in response i would recommend friends and family

Stay was wonderful, wish we could have checked in early and spent more time to enjoy the warm hospitality. We loved the food there, be it be the breakfast or the dinner all was good. The service was the best. People there were eager to serve and help.
