The staff is exceptionally courteous and always willing to help, which made the entire check-in / out feel truly seamless. The management’s commitment to an eco-friendly approach is genuinely admirable, and I sincerely hope more small and medium-sized properties are inspired to follow their lead. Room service and housekeeping teams were consistently polite and thoughtful, and from the front desk all the way to housekeeping, every single person came across as genuinely honest and dedicated. Their sincerity really made a difference to the overall experience.

Great experience. Very comfortable stay and accomodating staff. Paid attention to small details like - perfect room temp, attention to sustainability, but not compromising, close to MG road (shopping, but the lane itself is a little narrow and not sure about the views - may be the room we were staying had nothing to write home about). But, overall absolutely great.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience of staying at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is a must for anyone staying at the hotel. They have a huge spread of various varieties of food,fruits and juices. I would highly recommend everyone for a stay in Grand Vijayawada by GRT Hotels.

Thoroughly satisfied with my two night stay at GRT Vijayawada. We enjoyed all our meals at Bazaar. The staff are very friendly and delivered with smile. Food was delicious. I would definitely choose GRT if I happen to goto Vijayawada in future.

I had a wonderful stay at grt hotel the team was very helpful and I had a very good masala tea by Ms. Chinnari the food was excellent thanks to Chef Mr. Sridhar and Mr. Devraj And the Front office team Ms. Srinija & Mr. Naveen were very helpful and escorted very nice thanks to the team
