The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay in the hotel. Thank you to the reception staff, always friendly and smiles and looking for excellent information 🙂. And we don't want to forget the great camers that were waiting for us to not miss anything 😍 in these wonderful breakfasts of the Entreplanta, helping us in everything that was to manage. By the way, the best breakfast we've ever tried, orange juice and natural fruit, all kinds of pans and toasts, coffee, various incl., varied quality retail, giving the option to do what we want to warm at the moment (Thanks to the cook/a whom my children gave more work than usual by asking eggs with bacon every morning 😅) Spacious and quiet rooms, comfortable bed and great details of the capsule cafe. The area where the hotel is wonderful, near multiple restaurants, shops, theatre and museums and the port. Train and bus in a walk. Finally, all the pleasure we wish we could repeat. Thank you all again. (I had a long time not to write on TripAdvisor but this time I deserved it).

We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!

This waterfront hotel is in an interesting old building, with view rooms looking out to the Bay and surroundings, nice lobby for a relaxed breakfast. My room had the great view, and the finishings are nice, but the flooring seemed to be of a cheap material that had bubbled/warped already and I notice it hadn't even been cut and laid properly along the wall (a gap) when installed. My friend didn't enjoy the enclosed feeling of the interior room she booked. We were sent to a really bad nearby restaurant by the staff but not their fault as the choices were limited with a late arrival, in fact the staff here are the best aspect. The parking situation needs to be explained more clearly. There are ”limited discounts” available for a certain number of guest to park elsewhere, and if you arrive later, left to your own devices, the parking garage directly across the street is a steep 30 Euros for overnight. The entrance driveway is nicely blended into the front parklet for esthetics, but this means it's not clear it can be driven on or marked at all, you will likely miss it and need to circle another four blocks to approach again, and then discover locals feel free to block it when you might want to drive up and unload. Still enjoyed the visit despite the minor irritants.

We started our summer holiday in Vigo and had 4 nights in Maroa hotel. We booked a room with balcony, even though we could see it was a quite small one. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed help to find a place to buy water for my contact lenses, and they showed me a few places where I might be able to find it, and they were right. The room itself was huge and so was the bathroom. The tv was a bit old and small, and the amount of programmes was very limited, so don't expect to spend time watching TV at night. The balcony was rather small as expected, but could fit a chair out there, where I could sit and read a book. Could have used another chair and maybe a little table, so both of us could have sat outside. Breakfast was good although not the same variety as in a large hotel. However, we got a brilliant service and eggs the way we wanted them each morning. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing at all hours of the day. A strange thing that I've never experienced before, was that the cleaning lady didn't take the tip I had laid on the bed. That was just put on my desk when she cleaned the room. Can recommend this for location, staff, views and breakfast.

Perfectly located in the middle of the old city, just in front to the Alameda Praza de Compostela, with modern, fair sized and well equipped rooms with jacuzzi, safebox, minibar, bathrobes, sandals, etc. Every member of the staff has been kind and helpful, therefore our two-nights stay was really pleasant. This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I had an interior room and the window was very small. Especially if you anticipate jetlag and find light helpful to adjust, this room type may not be for you. In the room there was a refrigerator with minibar items. And an espresso machine. Also a tea kettle. The English of the people at the front desk was good. And I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated after travel.

Sound proofing not great as the wooden floors get creaky. But noise beats quiet eerieness. Good place to start for the last 100km of camino. Walkable to church and the pier area. Only 1 small convenience store nearby, so difficult to find supermarkets in Portugal.

Very good location practically in the city port. The room is very comfortable and well distributed, also having a small terrace-balcony with views to the outside. The best thing was the treatment of the girl at the reception, very attentive and pleasant, answering all our questions and advising us on places to park as an alternative to public parking (quite expensive in that area) and good places to eat and visit. Modest hotel within its characteristics but perfectly meeting the expectations placed on it. We will return if there is an opportunity.

The room is very good, clean and gives the street that is thankful I also touched on floor 4 that I also asked if it could be, in high floor and they gave me the only thing that when I arrived I wasn't ready and after the trip because I would have liked it to me The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the centre, opposite the train station and the shopping centre where we leave the car because the hotel has no parking but has a few places in the shopping centre 15 euros a day, Because it is impossible to park in Vigo and pick up the car I don't recommend traffic is horrible.

The hotel was very easy to find being located in central areas of Vigo, next to Urzaiz. Rooms and public areas were clean and well-maintained. Must have been quite recently refurbished. Friendly staff and good customer service. The breakfast was better than I expected and I really recommend that option if you are staying in this hotel. The breakfast was better than generally in hotels of this price range. The elevator is small if you have any baggage. Probably it has been built into an old elevator shaft which would be technically quite hard to enlarge. Other than that it's hard to find anything negative as the hotel was really good especially compared to its cheap prices.

AAlcantaraBetter than what I was expecting, from the first contact over the phone to the last at the check out. The room was quite spacious, it had a big wardrobe. I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

Excelente experiencia en este hotel ,he estado 4 días con mi hijo adolescente . muy céntrico , pequeño , pero todos los detalles cuidados al máximo . Es verdad que mi habitación daba un patio, pero es que solo iba a dormir, no a mirar las vistas . Buenas camas , buena limpieza, la comida muy rica , tanto el buffet de por las mañanas como la media pensión Ya que es un menú de varios platos de primero y de segundo muy elaborados y muy ricos . En especial, quiero destacar el trato De las camareras del restaurante de la tarde noche, impecables simpáticas , adorables. Gracias Sin lugar a dudas volveré .

The room is quite spacious and well decorated. Clean and clean every day. Good silent. Wi-Fi or air conditioning worked without problems. Maybe a few handle gowns I would find (e.g. very small refrigerator), but all compensate for the view of the port and the Vigo estuarium. Fairy. The bathroom is pleasant and functional. GGuest UserThis holiday my couple and I have been sleeping in several pensions, hostels, hostels and unfortunately this has been the most expensive and the least good. 90 euros per night for a small room, in a hotel located far from the center (7 km), with parking but for 9 cars and a large but very little washing machine, we got 2 champagne and 2 gel overlooking to be even not yet available for soap *** * a The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, but we found it a little expensive for what the hotel offered.
