We we’re met by the most arrogant, unhelpful Receptionist I have ever known. Told we couldn’t book a table in the restaurant for dinner as they don’t open at weekends! The corridors had cables hanging down where they are installing air conditioning, why this is being done in the summer when it’s hot I’m not quite sure! The room as ok to be fair, very clean and comfortable. Had to pour our own drinks at the bar because the lady who was working didn’t know how to do it! Breakfast was at best very basic, no tables laid, no staff on hand to help. Dreadful place.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful photo on the site. Swimming pool is impassable since dogs swim in it! Access to the rooms via a long corridor, I'll give you some photos that will say a lot Mouse in the false ceilings uh how can I say it for people like me who are afraid of not sleeping at night and neither does the colleague In short only the meal was very Good

Surprenant de trouver ce bel établissement à proximité directe de la voie rapide, personnel très accueillant et arrangeant, la table du soir très correcte, menu proposé raffiné. Un point spécial pour la responsable petit déjeuner vraiment chaleureuse au petits soins pour la clientèle, personnel de réception très souriant et serviable. Chambre et salle de bain confortables, parfaitement insonorisées.

Chambres très confortables mais dommage qu'il y ait de la moquette très allergène et pas propre vu que les clients rentrent avec des chaussures de l'extérieur, la literie est très confortable et les salles de bains très grandes, les chambres sont au calmes car route très empruntée toute proche

Je vais régulièrement pour affaires dans cette région. J'avais déjà eu un souci avec cet hôtel mais j'ai tenté de nouveau .......... En conclusion : Fuyez car à part le personnel d'accueil très agréable, la nourriture est innommable, le prix des chambres ne correspond pas à ce qu'elles sont (même les refaites !) Soyez heureux lorsque l'on ne vous précise pas que l'hôtel préfère les groupes ....... Alors oui fuyez , vous trouverez à quelques kms de là pour moins chers et beaucoup mieux des hôtels à Saint Herblain ............

L’accueil est parfait … Nous avons été accompagné dans la salle de réunion rien à dire Nous sommes allés en salle de réunion Et après repas d’affaire Poulet « basse température » (mais pas cuit du tout) Personne n’a mangé la viande évidement Dessert surgelé (le fond de de tarte etait sur) Le serveur nous sert du vin et aussi sur la nappe sans s’excuser! C’est bien d’immangeable car cet établissement a du potentiel

Séjour d'une nuit en couple et accompagné de notre chien. Chambre rénovée, climatisée. Hôtel en cours de travaux (réfection des chambres), il était temps ! J'espère que l'extérieur et les couloires seront aussi refaits car il y en a vraiment besoin. Hôtel bien placé avec beaucoup d'espace et une piscine chauffée. Nuit un peu cher.
