This must be one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed in. It gets everything just right. The room is beautifully designed and furnished, blending modern with mountain chalet. The big rooms and comfy beds, the abundant top quality linen and cushions, the mountain views and the souind of the nearby Neste d'Aure river are a magical combination. The staff are wonderful - friendly, welcoming and professional. Breakfast is the highlight, an absolute feast of carefully sourced local products. We arrived tired but left refreshed and exalted. Merci bien Neste de Jade - nous revenons.

Un petit hôtel agréable, bien situé et bon service. Les chambres sont très bien, les espaces communs agréables et le petit déjeuner complet. Le seul problème est que le plafond au-dessus de la douche dans la chambre dans laquelle je me trouvais est assez raide et trop bas. Cela pourrait être résolu en faisant fonctionner un peu la baignoire. Quand je serai de retour dans la région, je le referai certainement.

Hôtel parfait pour un court séjour. L'accueil est bienveillant et chaleureux, un vrai plaisir d'entrée de jeu. La chambre est parfaite, tant sur le plan propreté que sur les équipements. La décoration typique hotel de montagne est tout à fait charmante et permet de s'immerger dans l'ambiance, même au mois d'août. Le lit d'un confort parfait permet de se reposer après une journée chargée. Le petit déjeuner buffet.. Quel délice !! Produits locaux et frais, et variés, permet de démarrer une nouvelle grosse journée sur les chapeaux de roues. L'espace piscine est très agréable. Je recommande fortement cet établissement, merci au personnel, qui fait honneur à notre profession 🫶

Très belle chambre spacieuse, décoration agréable, piscine sympa, emplacement idéal pour la tranquillité. Accueil de qualité, personnel à disposition, le petit torrent à proximité est plein de charme. Parking à proximité, facile d'accès.

Merci pour l’accueil aimable que nous avons reçu ! Nous étions dans la suite familiale, un petit chalet très chaleureux, cosy et propre. Mention spéciale pour les œufs brouillés du petit dej ! La literie est super et la décoration est soignée + ça sent bon !

Un lieu que nous avons choisi car il est a côté du village et des cabines tout ce fait à pied. Le personnel est très gentil à l écoute et de bon conseil, l hôtel est convivial et très propre nous avons beaucoup aimé ce lieu et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un accueil des plus charmants, une chambre très confortable (excellente literie,sdb spacieuse bien équipée) et d'une propreté réconfortante). Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. Les petit-déjeuners sont excellents, variés, copieux et.... délicieux avec bcp de produits locaux J'ai déjà recommandé cet hôtel a des amis.

Acceuil au top avec une équipe toujours souriante et aux petits soins avec ses clients. Hôtel vraiment très agréable et bien situé, la piscine après une journée de randonnée est merveilleuse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec de bons produits des Pyrénées.
