Wow....what a wonderful hotel. Great breakfast, more substantial workout facilities than one would expect at a smaller property, cool spa. We stayed at some fabulous places along our walk of the Via Francigena, but this was the nicest one. Particularly liked the grounds, pool and terrace,

This place is a hidden gem. A beautiful tranquil haven. The hotel grounds, wellness centre and Rosa's lovely homemade breakfast, helped restore and revitalise our group. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Food was great and even managed to do a pasta making class. Highly recommend a stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late July, en route to a longer stay nearby. There were 6 of us in total, 2 adults 2 kids in one room and 2 adults in another. All of us absolutely loved every minute we were there, with excellent staff in hotel and bar who were really friendly and helpful, and out-of-this-world delicious food. We particularly rated the meals served in the hotel grounds at breakfast and on pizza night. Very much hope to be back!

Our 3rd visit to Palazzo Guglielmo. We love it. The team are amazing, so welcoming, friendly, helpful. The Palazzo is beautiful and our family room is a perfect size, kept impeccably clean and comfortable. Super breakfast and lovely restaurant. It’s really relaxing, theres a real personal touch that really makes you want to come back. It’s a great location also to explore the beauty of southern Puglia.

Walking through the gates you have enterend a garden of Eden full of kemon trees. This place is created to give you the most relaxing time of your live with a wonderful staff who even can learn you how to make pasta. Its like the Eagles sing...you can check in, but you will never keave....

What an oasis! The rooms are beautiful and our patio and little garden was perfect - so quiet and away from hustle and bustle - just what we needed. The staff were brilliant - from reception to breakfast and gardeners to restaurant - all so friendly and helpful, mothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely - very authentic and the community evenings were excellent. The location in a small village was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Very lovely hotel in quiet village, great base for exploring southern Puglia. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and room ( suite ) very spacious and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will go back again next time we visit Puglia. Garden was beautiful and a lovely place to sit in the evening amongst orange and lemon trees drinking our cocktails.

We had such a relaxing time there. A haven of calm. The Palazzo is hidden behind high walls and door. It opens onto a courtyard, with very well tended garden and a small pool. The rooms are comfortable, decorated in a very simple style. There is parking at the back but it is possible to park in the village square. The staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful in advising of places to visit, including parking, and organising trips out, including tips about where to eat etc. The breakfasts were excellent, the only problem was resisting the delicious cakes alongside the wide range of other items. We had fun having a pasta making lesson and got to eat our produce in the restaurant. The restaurant was very good too, with Murat, fish and vegetarian options. varied and well used by locals.
