Hotel Punta San Francesco

The hotel enjoys an excellent central and characteristic location in Vieste, it's a shame they don't have a car park reserved for guests and every evening you have to leave the car at the port and pay for parking which is quite expensive, at least an agreement to reserve parking spaces for customers they could predict it. The rooms are basic and clean. We were in a room on the ground floor, cool and a little damp, whose furniture was a little dated but functional. The comfortable bed. The terrace is certainly the strong point of the structure where I would recommend the owner to have umbrellas or covers to be able to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning with a wonderful view but it is a little sunny. For a few days' support in Vieste I absolutely recommend it.

A simple, small, quiet and very comfortable jewel, located on the tip of San Francesco in the center of the historic city of Vieste and yet easily accessible. Few very clean rooms, some already completely renovated, others under renovation. Warm welcome, familiar and professional at the same time. Great courtesy and availability. Wonderful 360 degree terrace overlooking the sea.

Cozy, clean hotel very close to the historic center of Vieste. The terrace is a marvel, where you can have a hearty breakfast or an aperitif. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, very kind and always available. Super structure

I stayed at this property in mid-July. I don't give 5 stars, not through their fault, but because there are some inconveniences regarding parking, given that with the pedestrian area the available parking spaces are not really close. As for the structure, applause and thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Comfortable and well soundproofed rooms. The terrace is beautiful, both at breakfast time and for moments of relaxation... the view of the historic center is priceless.

Ho soggiornato in questo piccolo hotel due notti a fine agosto perché l’hotel in cui ho trascorso le vacanze estive, purtroppo, non aveva posto. L’hotel è ubicato appena 30 metri fuori i vicoli affollati e caotici del centro storico, pur essendo nella parte vecchia, con una splendida chiesa/monastero che fa da sfondo sulla punta del paese. Essendoci la ztl nel centro storico, non si può lasciare la macchina in sosta la notte (la si può tenere fino alle 20, poi bisogna portarla fuori altrimenti c’è rischio rimozione e multa), però l’hotel propone una convenzione con un comodo parcheggio privato al porto, raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata di pochi minuti che già ti anticipa panorami suggestivi vista mare attraversando parte della via centrale. Il personale è eccezionale, ti fa sentire subito a casa, in famiglia, premurosi in tutto (la ragazza del ricevimento non ha esitato un attimo a portarci su per una rampa di scale due bagagli extra large che pesavano più di lei:-)). La terrazza ci ha lasciati sbalorditi!!waoooo!!una vista così là si può godere da pochissime parti! Vista mare ovunque ti girassi, molto romantica. Per i due giorni che abbiamo pernottato ci siamo goduti il tramonto dalla terrazza con due spritz e un po’ di frutta per noi e nostro figlio che ci ha preparato la ragazza dell’hotel. La colazione, invece, sebbene ci fosse la possibilità di farla in terrazza, abbiamo preferito farla in sala, avendo così tutto a portata di mano. Un plauso alla colazione con prodotti freschissimi e di qualità, con torte fatte in casa e focaccia fresca tutti i giorni. La nostra camera era affacciata sul davanti (credo fosse la tipologia intermedia perchè quelle ristrutturate erano impegnate), pulitissima e con soppalco che a nostro figlio è piaciuto tantissimo. Se soggiornate in piena estate, credo sia più adatto a coppie, amici e viaggiatori singoli, forse un po’ meno a famiglie con bambini perché non ci sono i classici servizi adatti a loro come la piscina e l’animazione. Tuttavia è in pieno centro, molto comodo. Poi ognuno sa come organizzarsi in base alle proprie esigenze. Ad ogni modo lo stra consiglio!! Nicla, Paolo e Armando.
