Posizione splendida su una collina sopra Vieste. Ambiente tranquillissimo e familiare. La Signora Giovanna e il suo staff vi fanno veramente sentire a casa. Alloggi belli e funzionali, panorama dal solarium strepitoso. Lo consiglio veramente.

Posso solo esprimere commenti positivi per questa struttura immersa nella natura ma a poco più di 1km. dalla splendida spiaggia di Vieste. Giovanna padrona di casa attenta e premurosa verso i suoi ospiti, sempre pronta a consigliare e a dare indicazioni per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Pulizia eccellente, vista bellissima sul mare, villette curate e dotate di ogni cosa necessaria, parcheggio assegnato ad ogni camera, colazione varia (non compresa nella quota per l'appartamento) con dolci fatti in casa e possibilità di avere anche English breakfast. Mi sento di consigliare questo posto, se decideremo di tornare a passare le nostre vacanze a Vieste torneremo sicuramente

Già in rete si era fatto notare, ma dal vero è tutto più bello. Il Residence Maresol è un struttura fantastica dove ti senti a casa, con tutti comfort necessari ad una vacanza come si deve, e il calore, competenza e disponibilità della padrona di casa, Giovanna, che sa perfettamente come coccolare i suoi ospiti, sempre presente quando serve, sempre discreta come si conviene. Circondata da un team perfetto, spicca la sig.ra Marisa che ci ha deliziato con le sue colazioni. Ancora grazie per averci ospitati e a presto sicuramente. Milvia e Ennio

Esperienza favolosa. Villino dotato di tutto,silenzio pulizia,simpatia e disponibilità dei proprietari, la signora Giovanna ed Ennio. Comodo al paese a due minuti in macchina. Il parcheggio e la comodità del letto. Abbiamo fatto il giro in gommone con il figlio, Francesco. È stata un esperienza meravigliosa. Assolutamente soddisfatti. Spero solo di poter tornare presto

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 29 giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci ha accolto la signora Giovanna che subito ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili sulle spiagge e altro da vedere a Vieste e dintorni. Il nostro appartamentino aveva una bellissima posizione vista mare , molto ventilata, per cui non abbiamo avuto necessità di accendere l’aria condizionata. Era fornito di tutto il necessario. Ripeteremmo volentieri l’esperienza a Maresol che consigliamo vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa splendida location, situata in un posto strategico tra mare e collina. Casette accoglienti e ottima pulizia, per poi non parlare della fantastica accoglienza ricevuta da Ennio e Giovanna persone squisite e super colte, ci hanno indirizzato su tutto ciò che di meglio si poteva fare e avere soggiornando 4 giorni. Approfitto di questa recensione per salutare Giovanna e Ennio, ci rivedremo presto. Salvatore e Federica!

Struttura con un panorama stupendo a due minuti di auto dal centro di vieste. Le casette di questa oasi di pace (si trova in "alto" ed è molto silenzioso) sono graziose e pulite. É un b&b a conduzione familiare e sono tutti gentilissimi: Giovanna, suo marito, suo figlio Francesco che vi potrà mostrare e raccontare il gargano durante l'escursione in barca e infine Giada che oltre ad averci preparato la colazione, ci ha consigliato e spiegato ogni attività da poter fare nei giorni di permanenza. Assolutamente super consigliato!
