A magical place! We returned here for the second consecutive year and as always it was a guarantee! Starting from the rooms, the cleanliness is really excellent, the attention to the daily change of towels as well as the supply of shampoo, shower gel, etc. The restaurant is nothing short of amazing, everything is excellent and cared for, in particular the attention to those with particular dietary needs . I have celiac disease and the attention to food is extreme, as well as great customer care. From a human point of view, certainly the strong point, the waiters and the maitre d', all kind, attentive and prepared with a smile to give you. All special that we will carry in our hearts! Vincenzo, a special person with a big heart and great professionalism! Thank you with all my heart! We will definitely come back to you!

Beautiful and elegant structure, divided between Hotel and Village, overlooking the enchanting San Lorenzo beach, in the northern area of ​​Vieste. Logistically perfect location a few steps from the private beach and the historic center of the town. Perfect welcome, thoughtful and professional. Our stay included the full board hotel formula and having arrived around 1.00 pm we were able to have lunch first and then have the room immediately afterwards. Impeccable room (De Luxe), just renovated, bright, clean and with a large terrace that overlooked the infinite sea, the lighthouse and the old town. Every day's dawn was a unique and unrepeatable spectacle. Large bathroom with double shower and top quality toiletries. Excellent catering service from breakfast to dinner, always a wide choice of local dishes, appetizers, fish, meat and desserts for every taste and palate. A few extra kilos upon return are a tangible demonstration of how much we enjoyed the cuisine. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, friendliness and dedication in their work, in particular to our waitress Anastasia. The hotel's private beach can be reached via a comfortable underpass, very wide, sandy and with huge spaces between one umbrella and another which guarantee tranquility and privacy. Thanks to these services of the highest level and quality, ours was a truly top-notch holiday dedicated to well-being and relaxation. Definitely a reference structure and to be recommended to everyone for a holiday in the wonderful land of Puglia and Gargano.

I stayed at the hotel i pomegrani from 2nd to 16th September, I had a very good time and I met a girl who was part of the entertainment team called Aurora who was truly fantastic, she knew how to involve people in a perfect way, very good and very nice, I loved it I would like to see her again next summer.

We spent a weekend in September for our anniversary. The structure is well-kept and very clean, the staff are very kind and helpful, the deluxe room with sea view is unmatched!!! The breakfast was plentiful, from sweet to savory with top quality products! !!Highly recommended!!!

We returned and this time with friends. Structure always managed with care. Cleanliness is at home everywhere. Dogs are welcome but not in the restaurant. They are tolerant of small ones in the breakfast room. In the elevator they must be held in their arms. The wonderful swimming pool is a feather in the cap but it remains so also because luckily a swimming cap is a must! We find it a note of merit that underlines respect for an environment where hygiene is often not considered a priority. We will be back again!

I stayed for a week with my family at the I Melograni hotel in Vieste. The location of the hotel is very good, it is close to the sea, you can take advantage of a large and clean equipped beach and a swimming pool attached to the structure. So far, so good. The real sore point is the catering: the quality of the raw materials is poor, the cuisine is terrible, the variety is poor. All seasoned with long waits between one dish and another and embarrassing service to say the least! The waiters are seasonal kids who are light years away from professionals so the service is unfortunately also poor. The highlight is the breakfast: very little variety and a buffet of desserts which once finished (very early in the morning) is not renewed, leaving the poor unfortunates who didn't show up at dawn for breakfast with frozen croissants and sad rusks. in plastic. The entertainment service for which you pay a compulsory club card is frankly non-existent, no one will come to involve you or at least inform you about the possible activities to do. If you don't go and follow them or look for them, they basically ARE NOT THERE. Staff at the reception completely unfriendly, except for a gentleman who works the night shift, he at least says hello when you pass by. The daytime staff compete to pretend to do something as you pass so as not to say hello, nor do they help you with information on times and structure when you arrive. Suffice it to say that upon arrival there was no parking space for us and three, I mean three, reception staff present and not overworked washed their hands of it. Honestly, from a structure that charges more than a thousand euros per person per week and boasts of being a four-star hotel, I expected much more. It is a two-star hotel that pretends to be a four-star hotel, among other things the internal structure is quite shabby, I would say hospital-like, and the finishing of the rooms is very dated.
