We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is situated near the highway which was fine for us but in case you are sensitive to noise, it might not be the best option. On a positive side, our family room was spacious, with a very comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was clean. We only regretted that it was not possible to use the shower as it was broken. It was annoying as we arrived in the night after a 6 hour drive. Fortunately, the issue was solved quickly the following day. On a more negative side, the hotel has serious issues with service. The staff is nice and friendly and tried their best. We would like to thank a blond lady in a red shirt who was very kind and really tried to make up for the restaurant problems. It seems that the hotel is understaffed and despite the efforts of the staff, the service at the breakfast was a disaster. Every time we arrived, there were no plates and cutlery. Guests had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get them (in principle all had to wait for dishwasher to finish its cycle). The staff was running between the kitchen, breakfast restaurant and reception causing delays at all fronts. Similarly, in the evening, we gave up after waiting 15-20 minutes for somebody to take our order at the bar. Housekeeping was chaotic as one day the room was cleaned and the other not. So overall, a bit disappointing.
