We, two couples, stayed here 1 night on a cycling trip. It is a really nice brown pub existing since a couple of centuries, but that's its main goal; enjoy the pub and its pub-food and drinks. Lots of beers on tap. Cosy atmosphere as the locals hang out there as well. Friendly staff, but you find that almost everywhere in Holland ;) Good breakfast starting at 08:00. Safe place for the bicycles. So, a lot of positives but why only 3 stars then? Well, because of the overnight stay. Sharing a bathroom and 1 toilet with 4 other rooms is not our thing anymore.

Leuke locatie met heerlijk eten, ook goede vegetarische gerechten, een vriend was blij verrast met de vegetarische rendang! Vriendelijk personeel, een tip voor de bediening; zeg als je een saus aanbied bij een gerecht dat dit wel extra betaald moet.

Zalige bruine kroeg met heerlijke (ook lokale) biertjes. Zelfs Belgische bieren op de tap die wij in België nog nooit op de tap gezien hadden. Ook lekker pub-food, alles was vers en smaakval. We hadden het er echt zeer gezellig, ga zeker zelf eens een kijkje nemen!

Gezellig buiten op het mooie sfeervolle terras gegeten. Erg vriendelijk personeel die even een praatje maakte en een paar x vragen of alles naar wens is.Dit kan ik erg waarderen. Eten was heerlijk en vers. Veel lekker soorten biertjes. Zeker een aanrader.

Voor ons was het eindpunt van een Pieterpad-etappe. Zin in een drankje! Als je keuze op een speciaal biertje valt, ben je hier aan het goede adres. Maar liefst keuze uit 90. Het cafégedeelte is gezellig ingericht met houten meubilair en een overdaad aan (nostalgische) accoires.

We hebben hier niet geslapen maar wel ontbeten en gedineerd.Deze mensen werken keihard en alleen daarom verdienen ze een vijf sterren! Maar prima gegeten .het ontbijt was lekker met genoeg broodjes,jus,eitje en heerlijke yogurt. Avondeten ,de enige rode wijn was goed

Belle auberge avec accueil chaleureux. Le restaurant est bon avec déco rétro à l’intérieur et belle terrasse. Choix énorme de bières bouteilles et nombreuses bières pressions. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympa. L’accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier raide (pas pour les handicapés). Jolie chambre assez spacieuse. Salle de bain et WC communs a l’étage. Tout est très propre. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Une bonne adresse

Prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Gezellig interieur en terras, lekker eten voor goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Eenvoudige, goede kamer en goed sanitair op de gang. Sfeervolle zaak! Ook fijn dat de e-bikes binnen konden staan.
