"every one was very good expect one old lady at the reception who was very non co operative and felt very racist kind of a approach. The Director events intervened and ensure our issues were resolved. The other Director Priya and Kira and other staff were also very kind and co operative . Could not capture her name. She left a bad taste...but was covered well by the Director of Sales and Event who luckily happened to be there and managed the situation."

Large room was very clean and modern, comfortable bed, and very quiet 8th floor room, good air conditioning with quiet fan. Delicious buffet breakfast with omelette to order. Great coffee. "We booked a triple room, but the one we were given was quite small, cramped, and had a strong musty smell, making it uninhabitable. We requested to change to a larger quadruple room, agreeing to pay an additional 1,000 Baht for our two-night stay. The new room was spacious and comfortable, featuring one queen-sized bed and two single beds. It had a TV with Netflix (though the screen was a bit small) and a small, somewhat old refrigerator. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there was a strong drain smell from the bathroom. The room had only one air conditioning unit, located at the back near the bathroom entrance. Due to the room's size, the AC couldn't cool the entire space evenly. Thankfully, there were two ceiling fans which helped; one was a bit tricky to turn on, but we managed to get the other working. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent."

"Nice place for the family. All amenities in place, convinient location. Breakfast is poor though. Very limited offer, if you stay longer it might be an obstacle. Airport pick up very pricy, we paid USD 10 for 10 minute ride, better use loco app to get 3 times cheaper."
