New Rose Boutique Hotel
4.2/594 Reviews
Vientiane City Center
Big, smoky seedy smelly molded rooms. We walked in and booked cuz we were on an 8 hours bike trip and it makes us tired. Later we realized that it was almost double (we paid 595k), I saw the rate on google review and it was 360k, fine we know online booking is cheaper. The reception kept asking for paying with USD instead of Lao which I didn’t like it at all. He charged me finally more then official exchange rate. The breakfast was okay in terms of choices but it was a huge disappointment cuz all items were cold, I asked for a hot tea and finally the restaurant manager approached me and bring me a hot tea. All and all, with this room rate, you can definitely find better options. It was a NO for me
ShengDa International Hotel

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very kind. My impression was that most of the guests were Chinese. I think this is because it's a Chinatown nearby. They didn't speak much English, but I was able to get by with the translation on my smartphone. The room was on the second floor and had a slight cigarette smell, but it didn't bother me too much. The room was also very clean and I was very satisfied.
Bi An Hotel

The experience of staying in this hotel is perfect. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the warmth and enthusiasm. The lobby is elegantly decorated, the staff greeted me with a smile, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous, which made me feel like I was in the spring breeze. Especially the front desk staff, who handled the check-in procedures efficiently and quickly, patiently answered various questions, and provided me with a lot of practical suggestions, so that I, a newcomer, quickly became familiar with the surrounding environment.

There is no restaurant.
Settha Palace Hotel
4.5/564 Reviews
Vientiane City Center
The room facilities are complete, the decoration is a bit heavy, the service is good, and the breakfast is not rich, but this is Laos and cannot be compared with other more advanced countries. The entire hotel only has two floors and no elevator. The front and back gardens of the hotel are also beautiful. But here comes the key point: the karaoke on the street at night is still screaming after 12 o'clock. I really want to open the window and shout: Can the sound be louder and the thumping sound stronger?
Doubletree by Hilton Vientiane
4.6/527 Reviews
Mekong Riverside
During the National Day holiday, we visited Vientiane and stayed at the newly opened Doubletree. The overall feeling was much better than the Doubletree in China. The hotel has a great location and very good facilities. The rooftop swimming pool and rich breakfast are the highlights. There are also great restaurants around.
