No worth to recommend. I stayed this hotel for two separate nights, and feel that 2nd floor and 3rd floor are managed by different owners. The room on the 3rd floor is way poorer and noisy compared to that on the 2nd floor.
For my second visit, the internet didn't work for no reason. Nobody in the hotel seemed to care.
The food provided was bad. If cannot avoid to stay here, I strongly recommend to go out for the good local restaurant nearby.

The room is big and clean, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the service is warm, the boss is Chinese, and he helped us a lot when we encountered difficulties during the journey. Thumbs up.
