I like the hotel because it is close to many important tourist attractions, including the Mekong River. Just walk a short distance and it is easy to find food. It is convenient. If I go again, I will book the same place.

The location and cleanliness are good, but other than that, it's really the worst.
A hotel where the constant noise ruins your soul!
It's right next to the building next door, (there's a window that's barely there),
and you can hear everything they say as if they're right next to you. They talk until 3am without sleeping. The radio is a bonus. It makes you think they're crazy. There's no soundproofing from the next room at all. My soul was really torn for two days...
On top of that, I could hear a "tap.tap.tap" sound all day long, but I don't know where it's coming from. I thought I was going crazy...
I always leave a tip, but this hotel doesn't even accept money.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

BED BUGS in two rooms. We found bedbugs and alerted the staff who moved us to another room on the top floor. We found more in the bed. We moved hotel and when we asked for a refund the next day the staff seemed to not care at all and refused us a refund.
