SureStay Hotel by Best Western Vientiane Reviews

This hotel is located next to the Mekong River and night market. If you are tourists it’s the best location. Breakfast is great. I like th we oat meal, salad, and fruits.

Room is clean and large Shower is ok Breakfast selection is limited and given the price I’ll stay somewhere else ~3.5-4star

We stayed here for 4 nights. Very close to the night market and some good restaurants and bars. The roofbar of the hotel is a very good place to eat and drink.

Hotel was in a great location and very good standard. We will stay again if come back to Laos!

This hotel is situated in downtown torus area. Very convient to walk around and a night market nearby. The hotel as well as the room is very clean. The staffs is very friendly and the breakfast is good. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel and recommend for anyone to stay.

Great location, clean room, but a but small with basic amenities but all comfortable and friendly staff.

Good location , near to massage , night market,many local food nearby, Gym in hotel was closed due to covid measurement while other gym in vientiane still operating also they only willing to give 1 room card key.

Room looks new and is clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful and speak decent english. Food at Tipsy Elephant is amazing, exceeded expectations. What would have been improved - a doorbell would have been helpful especially for room service (with tv on, its hard to hear).
