This is a hotel opened by Chinese in Vientiane. It is located in a newly developed area, a little off the beaten track, and its facilities are not as good as those of domestic express hotels. There is really no service, and they are not willing to trouble others. The breakfast is really bad, there is nothing you want. There are too many groups, and it is too late to deal with them. Self-driving tourists should not stay in this hotel.

The hotel is not worth 5, maximum 4. The rooms are clean, spacious with a balcony. The pool is large and shared but dirty, I did not see anyone swimming. The service is good, they speak English, which is rare for this country.
