At 3am we woke up from the sound of something moving around in our room. It was a rat going through our food. It literally climbed up the table to take the food. Horrible experience for a hotel, especially for one that is supposed to be 4 stars.

Stayed in this hotel when we were in Vientiane before heading to Luang Prabang, and booked it again for one night. What sold us the most was really the breakfast.
Aircon was really noisy in the room we were in though.

Wonderful sized rooms with nice amenities. Communal spaces clean and fresh looking but bedroom would benefit from some care and attention. Breakfast selection was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
