Located in the center of Vientiane, it is very convenient to travel! I thought it was an ordinary hotel, but it turned out not to be. It seemed to be an inn or something like that. I couldn't book a room in an economy hotel in Vientiane that day, and only this one had vacancies, so I booked 2 rooms. As a result, I couldn't pay on the platform. I went to the hotel to pay in cash. Each room was 20 to 30 yuan more expensive than the price when I booked on the platform. It felt a bit uneconomical! Many people from various countries checked in, and the Indian music was played very loudly!

First of this is NOT a Hotel, even less a "Star Hotel", the name is a joke, just like the Australian owner. The place ha a foul smell of mold attached to the walls, the room was dirty and in poor condition. Do NOT trust the pictures showed on Agoda or similar, the rooms are nothing like that... Worst off all was the amount bedbugs. The Aussie insisted they take good precautions against this and never had any problem with this before, he even tried to tell my my bite marks probably was from mosquitoes, I told him I had smashed a bug in the bed, which he said "obviously was an adult bug already and it was not my blood". They did make the effort to change sheets. But that was about it, guess the football game had him hurry back to his little hideout.. I was about to leave right away, but I decided to prove a point and stayed up the whole night killing and collecting bedbugs. If there's anyway to share pictures here please let me know and I will show you the amount I had when the sun came out. needless to say I did a new booking on Agoda for another hotel that night and left in the morning. I tried to argue for a refund for the 2 days that I didn't stay, they said "they will take care of it and have it transferred back to my account", Yea right... I knew right away he just wanted to avoid the situation. But since no money has shown I decided to make a review here, and will do all in my power to make people see what kind of scumbag place this really is throughout internet. For your own sake, don't stay here, there are a thousand better, and cheaper, options around Vientiane. This place is a joke and the Aussie should be expelled from Laos for making the nation loose face with this terrible standard. Absolute disaster. Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of staying there, think again.

Now 5* value with new English speaking management team. New furniture and LCD TV. Mix of cool travelers and locals. Great central location near the riverfront in easy walking distance of Inpeng Temple opposite Slow Coffee ☕ ; )

Private rooms and dorms available at a very reasonable price, the staff and manager are super helpful and kind. Quiet and well located, near the Mekong River night markets. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and bars around. Free towel

The room on Agoda has nothing to do with reality. The cancellation was pushed onto Agoda. The claim via Agoda will only be refunded if the guesthouse operator agrees - which he doesn't. The area stank of sewage, the balcony in the photos was used as a camp, behind it was a bed from no idea who. The guy at the reception only communicates with the owner via Google Translate and at the same time he doesn't speak English. He also has a hideous pet pigeon on his shoulder. During our complaint, an unwashed white guy behind the reception desk used the PC. No idea what role he plays, but he was THE scary factor. As a woman, I would sleep badly there. we were gone shortly after check-in, when we came back after 1 hour our room was open but nobody was there. The furniture was extremely bad, the beds were dirty, there was still a sock on the floor from the previous guest!?!?! All in all organized fraud. It's not our first time traveling, but that got to be too much for us. Dirt is one thing, but an insecure feeling is a no-go!
