Overpriced , room was average - facing the road and noisy. I was checked in and asked to change room because they had a booking issue. Bathroom was bad, water showers are not old and rusty

I liked everything about the hotel. The location is central, close to the night market. It's clean, well furnished and the breakfast is good.
The staff is very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city, close to the most important sites. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but OK. The only issue is that the staff at the restaurant understands very little English, so what you get is a hit and miss. Most of the time a miss… Even when you write it down.

部屋もロビーもレストランも清潔感があり、ベッドも寝心地がよかった。立地もよくホテルの前にはトゥクトゥクや人通りの多い道へもすぐにいける。
朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフも親切だった。

這間酒店的地理位置和早餐都非常好，特別是早餐，服務也不錯，就是衞生間極小，不但小，洗澡水下水有問題，會泡腳，必須把地漏拿掉才不會淹水，建議酒店更換新款地漏，用不了多少錢。
另外就是沒有放置沐浴及洗頭用品的地方，衹能全部放地上，建議每個浴室配個吸附試掛籃給客人，這個也用不了多少錢。
花灑太高，還不能移動，沖不了腳，最重要還淹水泡腳。
第四是房間裏有不明小黑蟲，第一晚半夜被咬醒，第二晚換了房間，把空調開大最大，加了一床被子才得以入睡，雖然酒店非常配合，立刻換了房間，但這樣的事情明明可以提前預防避免，每個住客應該都不喜歡換房間吧，在老撾旅遊的6晚所住酒店，這間是最貴的，但也是問題最多，唯一被蟲子咬的一間。

2023年11月に2泊しました。
空港からのエアポートバスがホテルの前の通りに発着し、空港-市街地間の移動が安く楽に出来ました。
アメニティは石鹸、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワーキャップがあり、飲み物はインスタントコーヒーに無料の水が一日3本ありました。(歯ブラシは無かったです)
朝食は6:30-10:00で自分が宿泊時は欧米の団体さんが宿泊していたので、結構混んでました。品数はそこまで多くはないですが美味しかったです。野菜中心の総菜やパンプキンのポタージュ、カフェアート入りのカフェラテが気に入りました。
ベッドも適度な硬さで寝心地は良かったです。
大きな不満な点は無いんですが、強いて上げると部屋に長椅子以外の椅子が有ればと思います。
