Overall - The room was located on the second floor and corridor was quite dark. Upon entering the room, the atmosphere was quite suffocating as it could be due to smoking in the property.
Cleanliness - Smell from the bathroom was pretty bad like it was never cleaned up before. I had to hold my breath every time I want to use. There were dust on the sofa and desks. Walls are stained and peeling.
Location - This property is not so far from the airport. There is not a lot of attractions near by. But it is interesting to walk around.
Service- The one staff who helped me out speak Chinese only and there wasn’t anyone who speaks English.
Amenities - handwashing soap and toothbrush. That’s it. I had to go down and asked for a towel.

Very good 3-star hotel with good location. Restaurants are around the corner. 5 mins walking to the city centre. The boss is very kind & friendly.

Chinese hotels will help you get a taxi when you travel. Communication is convenient. The surroundings are quiet and you can rest well. The most important thing is that communication is convenient.

The room was very dirty and it almost looked as if the bedding had not been made new
The bathroom was very shabby. Everything would have to be renovated.
What was really bad was that the whole room smelled of smoke in the morning
I couldn't sleep anymore because there was a terrible smell of smoke coming from the hallway. Apparently smoking was allowed in the hallway.
Communication was also very difficult, only one person could help me get a taxi
The man at the recipe couldn't speak English

Very satisfied, almost all of them are Chinese, the environment is comfortable, and the boss is very nice! The room is also very comfortable and has everything you need! Surrounded by the Arc de Triomphe, the Prime Minister's Office, and the Mekong River!
