Overall - The room was located on the second floor and corridor was quite dark. Upon entering the room, the atmosphere was quite suffocating as it could be due to smoking in the property.
Cleanliness - Smell from the bathroom was pretty bad like it was never cleaned up before. I had to hold my breath every time I want to use. There were dust on the sofa and desks. Walls are stained and peeling.
Location - This property is not so far from the airport. There is not a lot of attractions near by. But it is interesting to walk around.
Service- The one staff who helped me out speak Chinese only and there wasn’t anyone who speaks English.
Amenities - handwashing soap and toothbrush. That’s it. I had to go down and asked for a towel.

All the guests are Chinese and cannot speak English, only Lao or Chinese.
However, it's very cheap and the rooms are very spacious and wonderful.
The female reception staff was also very helpful and willing to help you out.
Guests also smile when you say HELLO.
Foreigners are probably quite rare.
It's inconvenient if you don't have a motorbike or car, but if you do, this is the perfect place. All the shops are within 10 minutes, and at night, you can get to food, bars, women, and everything else in just 2-3 minutes by motorbike lol
