A brand new hotel just opened on June 19th. It is said to be the tallest building in Vientiane. It was still partially under renovation when I went there. Chinese and English services are provided, and the main staff are sent from Wanda. The housekeeper and airport pick-up and drop-off services were very considerate, and some small gifts were also given. The room is at Sheraton level, but it is definitely one of the best in Vientiane, and the price/performance ratio is relatively good. The location is not in the city center. To go to the main attractions such as the night market and the Arc de Triomphe, you need to take a taxi, which costs about 100k.
