Non one them speaks English. The guy used Google translation.
The environment uncomfortable.
The location is totally different from trip.com.
Room not clean very strong stink. Chinese traditional theme.
Room no keys anyone can open your room while you are out.
After I checked in and see the room I checked out straight away.
I booked for 2 night,No refund ,not recommended to anyone

After completing the reservation, I checked with Trip and they said it was confirmed and okay, so I went to the hotel, but I couldn't enter because construction was still on. If you can't stay there, I wish they wouldn't accept the reservation.
Or, since I contacted them multiple times, I wish they would have replied properly.
If you are planning to make a reservation from now on, please check that they are open before going. If you don't get a reply, there is a very high chance that you won't be able to stay.
