The hotel is located in the middle of the town, making it easy to walk to popular streets in VTE. The room was tiny but neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom included only an all-in-one washing gel. Staff wes very friend and helpfull. The price was reasonable.

Bedding is very comfy with 4 pillows, I love this so much. I have been experiences stay in COSI brand many places in Thailand, and here in Vientiane seem higher rate than others with 50 usd/night room only while bathroom amenities seem nothing (only 3 in 1 shower gel and hand gel). Understand this is budget brand new hotel but point of value for money is less than expectation.

Great hotel, and the bed was soo good. The room is sound proof so we slept really well.
The TV is loaded with apps, bathroom really nice, great hot water, all good things.
The reception staff were really helpful and spoke English, a surprise for Laos. This meant it was easy to organise a motorbike for the day and taxi on the last day.
The roof has a swimming pool with a great view and laundry service.

The location of this property is its greatest strength. Must go attractions like Wat Sisaket, Night Market, Presidential Palace, Ho Phrakeo, That Dam, etc are all within 15-min walking distance. Even Talad Sao is within reasonable walking distance.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool at the roofdeck is a nice addition but we never used it. There’s an in-house coin operated washer and dryer, coins are available at the front desk.
The twin room I booked was small though there wasn’t enough room to move around. And wifi speed could be improved.

The location is nice. The room is clean and there is a public laundry on 8th floor.
The staff are friendly and can communicate in English.
I stayed here for 5 nights and I asked them to clean up the room but the staff just clean it and didn’t change any bed sheets.

For lobby the perfume is worse , but i think someone like but not for me

The hotel is closed to the airport and downtown. Its pretty new and clean as well.

Good value for money - especially since the hotel is brand new. No need to bother with breakfast since there are far better options within 100m walk.

This us a nicely appointed little hotel with a cold beer available for purchase as soon as you arrive. Hanger storage for hanging clothes is funky but hilimited. The pool hours ought to be longer and an innovative way to provide some afternoon shade is sorely needed. Staff is great. I wish the "private" space on the 8th floor was open to paying guests.
