The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located next to Big C mall. However, the entrance is not very visible, which made it hard to find. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. It’s also a bit far from tourist attractions in central Vientiane. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but the restaurant staff need to improve their communication with guests. I asked for tomato sauce, but they brought me sliced tomatoes instead. I had to explain that I meant the sauce, not the fruit, especially since I wanted it with bread. The swimming pool is on the top floor, which is a nice idea, but unfortunately, there was residue settled at the bottom of the pool, and the surrounding area was closed off, making it less enjoyable. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay if you plan to shop at Big C, but service and facilities need improvement

Terrible Hotel. Wifi is super slow and not working. Breakfast is bad, no juice or fried egg... Very Chinese style. Definitely not 5 stars rating. Maybe they are paying more to Trip.com to promote. I will not stay in this hotel again!

The hotel is intended for Chinese travellers.
Pros: (1) spacious enough (2) room looks clean (3) staff are helpful
Cons: (1) need to deposit in cash (2) entertainment is in Chinese language, no way you can change the language yourself (3) breakfast is disappointing, Chinese menu, water is provided from outdated dispenser, restaurant looks untidy, servers in Chinese attire. Come on, I travelled to Laos, how can I appreciate Chinese ambience?

Guys the hotel is cheap but is not good at whole . 1 in the pictures you see swimming pool but the swimming pool is not clean . 2 no one can talk English accept one girl she always work in the night . 3 the phone doesn’t work when you call the reception . 4 the breakfast is rubbish no international breakfast only Chinese 😒🤢

Booked this hotel in haste, looked decent in photos, however we were quite disappointed when we arrived. Hotel seems a bit outdated and old. Facilities like the pool and the gym are completely run down and unmaintained. The hotel seems to cater mainly for Chinese visitors. Location is also a bit inconvenient. Consider staying somewhere else!
