When I arrived at breakfast, and saw that the buffet was almost out of products, I had to go to the kitchen door to order the products. There was only one employee to take care of everything, there was no cheese, bread, cold meat, even coffee in the machine and more... A lousy service. When I was checking out I informed that given the situation I just wanted to pay for one breakfast, it was agreed with the reception staff that they would inform the General Manager and return the 10 euros breakfast. However, they forced me to pay for the stay and the 2 breakfasts and they never returned the money or sent email that the 2 receptionists the promised. They're not reliable. They weren't trustworthy. I do not recommend the service and after this incident I stopped adding breakfast to all my Accor reserves.

Nous sommes allés en couple dans cet hôtel avec une Smart Box. Tout était vraiment très bien : - Le parking gratuit - L'accueil et le service - La chambre spacieuse - Le confort de la literie - Le calme et le silence malgré la proximité d'une route à grande circulation - Le petit déjeuner (les œufs brouillés n'étaient pas chauds, dommage. Mais c'est un détail, tout le reste étant tellement bien !) - Le resto sur place "Le 15" avec une très bonne qualité de prestations - La possibilité d'accéder facilement aux parkings gratuits P+R (1/4h en voiture) pour rejoindre le réseau de transport public (tram, bus, métro) et visiter ainsi Lyon en toute sérénité Nous retenons cette adresse pour d'autres passages Merci !

Un hôtel avec un supplément d'âme qui en fait oublier la situation quelconque dans une zone industrielle. Pour moi, très calme, propre et personnel dynamique. Pour avoir visité des ibis style bien moins agréable, celui ci vaut bien un ibis style.

Aucun respect de l'intimité. Ils peuvent entrer dans la chambre sans même vérifier s'il est vide. C'est sur que je ne reviendrais pas. Je ne veux pas me demander a chaque fois si quelqu'un va rentrer

Chambre et salles de bains agréables La notation est tirée vers le bas car l insonorisation est mauvaise. La première fonction est de dormir, ce qui est compromis quand on entend tout et encore plus quand la chambre est située en face d une zone de rangement logistique …. Dommage car mauvais sommeil

Service à revoir pour le petit déjeuner attendre pour le pain congelé réchauffé et les vienoiseries c'est pas normal pour la chambre rien à redire ainsi que le personnel j'ai l'habitude d'aller à ibis chaponnay c'est la première fois qu'il y a autant d'attente

Hôtel parfait pour une étape : chambre petite mais parfaitement équipée et très propre. Mini salle d’eau néanmoins très pratique et impeccable. Parking sécurisé gratuit. Seuls bémols : isolation phonique entre chambre imparfaite, viennoiseries prises au bar particulièrement quelconques, chambre un peu surchauffée et réglage individuel a priori impossible.

Accueil très bon même si tardif , chambre bien à la hauteur de ibis , petit déjeuner très bien et assez large en choix. Manque juste un bouilloir pour ce faire un petit café dans la chambre. Bon séjour de 1 nuit
