We stayed at the Radisson Blu Style Hotel for two nights. My room was upgraded to a premium room which was very spacious and comfortable. The walk in rain shower was brilliant.My friend was booked into a superior room. The aircond was faulty in his first room but Mr Boltabaev at reception quickly organised another room where the aircond was functioning. Mr Boltabaev was efficient and outstanding with helpful and friendly responses to questions and the staff in the bar/restaurant were also helpful and efficient. Our rooms were comfortable and well equipped and effective aircond was especially welcome in 36+ degree temperatures. The Radisson is well situated especially for the Hofburg and Spanish Riding School and a short walk from the major pedestrianised precinct.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

There is a room with a six-story sloping roof. If you mind that the shading effect is not ideal in the morning and you cannot sleep well, don't choose it. The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, with a strong sense of design, the environment of the breakfast restaurant is very good, I also tried it for dinner, and it is a good product. Through communication, the hotel changed the room type the next day, with full blackout curtains, which completely solved the problem of affecting sleep. The overall service is also good. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1600, the hotel service level is high, breakfast is good. There is a Hop on Hop off city tour bus route nearby, and the Metro Sweden Square Station is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. If you want to drive by yourself, you should pay attention, because the parking space in Vienna is really tight. I happened to have a parking space (26 euros for one night) to stop the car.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage, keine 10 Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, doch wirkt die Einrichtung aus braunem Holz etwas antiquiert. Das ”Bad” - Waschtisch und Glasdusche befindet sich mitten im Raum - ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack, uns hat es nicht gestört. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete, sehr reichliche Frühstück. Insgesamt hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

I was in Vienna for a conference from June 1st to 5th and stayed at stayed at Hotel Josehof. The location is excellent, room was comfortable and breakfast buffet was very generous. I would certainly return again. Staff were always helpful and friendly. In the breakfast room I noticed a member of staff that was extremely helpful and kind to a mother with a very young baby. And at reception Anna was extremely good humoured and super helpful.

In general we had a nice stay. let's brake it down: Pros: •The hotel offered a transfer from the airport with reasonable cost (I believe it was 40€ or something close to that) •The location was excellent. Very close to supermarkets, means of transport etc •The view from the room was really nice. •The Front Desk was very eager to help with every question we had. Very quick email correspondence. Cons: •It would be more helpful if there was a 24hour Reception as our flight arrived late and we straggled a bit with the instructions sent to us to find the room. •the hotel was very dated. In desperate need of renovation. •breakfast area was actually just a couple of tables. No variety

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.

First, the owner sent me instructions on german. I messaged him and he never replied back. I had to find someone to translate that for me. The room was too stuffed. It felt no air inside. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. But you get what you are paying for. The location was good. One night was enough.
