I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

The location of the Continental Hotel- Pension is perfect for easy access to the city. The Museums Quarter is a short stroll down Mariahilfer Straße, which is itself a shopping street. The Nachsmarkt is also close by. The staff are helpful, particularly the manager Mr. Tibor Tarnai. The rooms are basic but clean and the breakfast is most satisfactory. I have stayed here twice and have been most pleased with my stay and the location in particular. Judith Calman

For a city trip, the hotel is good. Breakfast is sufficient for everyone. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Good connection to the attractions. Snack and drinking machine is in the entrance area. Check in possible without reception. Check out uncomplicated.

One of the worst hotels I had ever been either in Europe or outside Europe We arrived at the morning at 10 am and the rooms was not ready and guess what?!! The reason they told us that they didn’t have enough people working in room service After we checked in at 2 pm my colleague find the bed in his room isn’t clean with many hair and waste on and he asked them to clean it but they replied that he need to change the room as again the room service isn’t ready to clean it I asked them about massage service and they checked and told me it’ll be available at 5 pm and when I went there I found a guy waiting for me and I told them I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing a massage for me as it’s normally she has to be a lady and then they asked me to pay 30€ as a fees for cancellation as they got him as a private trainer from outside hotel and when I asked why you didn’t tell me all of these details in advance they replied that this is the normal case and I have to ask The food quality was always bad specially in the breakfast and in general you feel you’re in a hostel not in hotel because of lack of services

Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough

We were familiar with the group of city centres in France and we were not disappointed with their service in Vienna. The apartments are spacious, decorated with taste and the bedroom is comfortable (even the sofa bed). Tramway 1 is 2 minutes walking distance and allows you to reach the centre in less than 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets with less than 500m. If you have a car, a few points to know: the city park is very small and very fast full so book early (the nearest parking is cheap 3.60€/h 36€/day). In the street, the parking is free weekend and night from 22h to 7h. If there was just one comment to do, the coffee machine is. This latter has special capsules (format professionnel nespresso) not found in the commerce (only online), so they must be purchased by lot from 4 to 3.70€ a l'accueil.
