I had a great stay and would definitely return. Location is great, close to all main attractions. The hotel is modern, rooms are very spacious and have excellent bed, shower, bathtub, bathroom amenities. Most importantly, the rooms have very good soundproofing. You won't have issues with noise here. Breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is very good quality, the breakfast staff are very courteous. Bar and restaurant are beautifully designed and have a good selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. Only thing to consider: the rooms with courtyard view are in fact facing another building so you don't really have a view. I would book a room with a city view. Thank you very much, I will be back.

What an amazing little find! This hotel provides everything you could want for an amazing long weekend in this beautiful city. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The welcome after a delayed flight was warm and accommodating… the personal handwritten note from the manager was a nice touch as were the truffles in the bedroom and the free minibar! The location is perfect, opposite the opera house and stop 1 on the tourist bus, positioned well for access to some amazing museums, heritage sites, gardens and the main shopping area if that is your thing. We had an inside room overlooking a ‘courtyard’… not the prettiest but it was very very quiet which for a city centre location was unusual. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee and cakes in the patisserie divine. My only area of improvement… there was a lovely coffee machine in the room but no kettle… hot water for tea in the morning had to be called down for which always seemed a lot of trouble. The upside - we got up and out for breakfast early! A fabulous hotel in a wonderful city…. We will be back!

This is truly an extraordinary, amazing hotel. The location just could not be any better, right next to the Opera House in the centre of Vienna. You can walk to most everything or there are major tram and Metro lines right outside the door. The hotel itself is classic and luxurious with old world charm, like being in a beautiful museum. And the rooms; without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel room I have ever had. It was spacious and comfortable with classic furnishings, sumptuous, exquisite bedding and delicious smelling toiletries. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Genuinely warm and helpful service from everyone we encountered. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The concierge, the restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping; no one could have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The breakfast was beyond excellent with the crowning touch being a honeycomb with fresh honey from their very own beehive on the roof of the hotel. I just can't wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and choose the Hotel Bristol when in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

The location is very good, a bunch of famous shops nearby, it is very convenient to go to museums or important attractions, all on foot. The concierge helped book a seven-person car to visit the farther attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. The driver was very nice and there was no additional charge for the timeout.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1600, the hotel service level is high, breakfast is good. There is a Hop on Hop off city tour bus route nearby, and the Metro Sweden Square Station is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. If you want to drive by yourself, you should pay attention, because the parking space in Vienna is really tight. I happened to have a parking space (26 euros for one night) to stop the car.

This is a nice old style, old world hotel with big bedrooms and a nice position just a 15 to 20 minute walk into the center. All the staff were fantastic couldn’t be more helpful. Comfortable rooms decent shower a handy self-service snack bar downstairs. If you walk out of the hotel and turn right and walk up to the junction 25 minutes on the left-hand side, you’ll see on the corner a restaurant it’s round shaped restaurant, they do a fantastic club sandwich and chips. Also lovely local beer fantastic staff there as well.

I had chosen the Admiral for its location, and for going to museums, and the Opera, it was excellent. The room and toilet were large and clean. The toilet had both a shower and bath, but no bidet. The bed was reasonably comfortable. However I had specifically asked for a two person’s bed, and we got two one person’s beds, pushed together. They said they didn’t have a 2 person’s bed. This could have been made clear when we booked. The breakfast was ample, with a choice of cereal, some fruit, sliced cheese and meat, scrambled eggs, and sausage, but the bread was tasteless and stale. The cappuccino coffee from a machine was truly awful, taking expresso and hot milk was an alternative. The desk was helpful, fixing a shower-head as requested, and booking us a taxi back to the airport. There is building work going on near the hotel, but from our room we had no problems with noise. The hotel is somewhat tired, but the location and price were fine.

The hotel is in a very convenient location right next to a metro station but you can walk anywhere to the main city attraction from there. There is a very nice entrance hall and you have cold and warm drinks anytime for free at the hotel cafeteria. Receptionists are very kind. Not really barrier free as there are many stairs around... but the elevator works perfectly fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The house price is not cheap, and the location is okay, but it is not very downtown, and many of the main attractions need to be taken by car. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need, and overall it's okay. It's just that the room rate is not cheap. My partner and I loved staying at this hotel. Everyone at reception was so kind and helpful, the room was very modern and clean, the artwork was fun and the location is honestly perfect. Very quiet but not even 10 minutes walk from the center of Vienna! The private spa was wonderful, I love the concept of being able to book it for private use. This really makes the hotel stand out for me. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Vienna and would recommend it.

It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. When taxi brought me to the address I gave at taking car at the airport, I thought that the taxi driver made a mistake and delivered me to the wrong place. This building and the entrance looks like a regular apartments house. And it is right ! But part of this building is occupied by beautiful, boutique hotel. Each room has a different name and style. I can recommend you the one which I stayed in which is called Helga’s room on the second floor. Very bright, spacious with quiet and efficient AC. Maybe bathroom could be a bit larger, but this was not a major issue. There is a very classic bar in the hotel and very yummy breakfast in the morning ! All major attractions are within 15-20 minutes walk, but it is much more quiet at the street where hotel stays, versus more centrally located hotels. Last but not least - the hotel staff !!! Amazing, friendly service with a smile. Bravo !
