The hotel is located in the center of Vienna's old city, similar to Wangfujing in Beijing and Nanjing Road in Shanghai. Get off at Vienna Central Station and transfer to U1 for two stops. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the Cathedral, 3 minutes' walk from the Albertina Museum, 7 minutes' walk from the Golden Hall, 18 minutes' walk from the Belvedere Palace, 10 minutes' walk from the Anchor Bell, 8 minutes' walk from the Austrian Library, 10 minutes' walk from the Vienna Museum of Art History, and 8 minutes' walk from Mozart Memorial Park. In short, you can walk to all the places you want to go in the old city. I think the royal family didn't want to travel too much when they traveled. There are too many restaurants, supermarkets, snacks, and cafes around, so I didn't experience breakfast and can't comment. Capsule coffee and tea bags are updated daily. I like plum-flavored fruit tea bags the most. Minibar is charged. Please report the amount and variety when checking out. There is no small sofa with a backrest in the room I stayed in, so it was a bit awkward to watch TV, drink tea and eat snacks. I sat on the stool without any support, but I didn't stay in the room much after all.

The location is very good, in the core area of ​​Vienna. It is very convenient to go shopping, but one thing is that you need to adjust the position of the faucet when taking a shower so that the water does not spread everywhere outside.

Hotel is clean. Good and friendly service from reception. Nice hotel lobby with nice decorations. Manage to do a early check in (1plus pm instead of 3pm) after stating in booking request. Location Central Enough but still a 17-18min walk to Luxury Boutique (Chanel/Dior) Parking garage nearby (3min walk) for 24euro/day (get card from hotel) usually price $40euro Paid $10 extra a night for a room with Windows (they highlighted if never pay and upgrade, we will have rooms with windows that can’t be opened) - not complaining but seems like a usual sales Tactic Loved that the hotel got a mini shop/bar at reception that has many simple food and drink items. Not much in room amenities. No slippers or bath ropes or toothbrush etc. Only a simple hand wash and a all-in-one shampoo and body wash in toilet. No bottled water provided. Free wifi, no password required. Will recommend to stay.

the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel is gorgeous. Wonderful location, in the 1st district, very close to the main attractions and shops. Restaurant with panoramic views of the rooftops of Vienna. Very beautiful. Delicious. Breakfast is also very tasty, large selection. The room is spacious, there are a lot of details and interior items, good cosmetics. The service is simply top. They all tried so hard to make our stay comfortable. It couldn't be better

The hotel was awesome, location was right in the city close to all the main attractions esp the city hall. I really enjoyed the hotel. The only drawbacks were the bathroom was too small. Though it's very unique like you are showering in an aquarium. Another thing I hope the hotel should lower down the price for bfast. 😪

The location is convenient, right in the city center, with a supermarket nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to the subway station and the tram station, and a 10-minute walk to the airport bus station. The rooms are big enough and the beds are big and comfortable. The TV is thin and has a screen projection function, but it cannot be used. The daily cleaning is very clean, the minibar is free, and the juice is delicious. When the door is opened in the shower area, water drips onto the floor. The front desk service is friendly, but it's a pity that I checked in too late and couldn't arrange a high-rise hotel. The gym room is large and well-equipped

5star for the staff for the luggage!!!!!! But not for the people in the front desk. Because it delay and even didn’t finish the check in (black hair girl) and past to the other person 😅 酒店整體挺好的特別是拿行李的那些人!!!!!!真的超好!就是前台入住遲了半小時 還說房間整理好了會通知我結果沒有通知我就換班了 除了黑色頭髮馬尾的女孩其他人都很好 順帶一提第一次見一個酒店拿餐具到房間需要收取5€🥹

Check in was not easy and can be more friendly , seems like you shouldn’t book through other agent rather than their official platform. You will not entitle any benefit with your Status level. Breakfast was lousy at the lounge, food wasn’t fresh, its more for display then consumption, 2 out of 4 days get upset stomach. Snack in happy hour also very low quality, I would say the worst lounge I ever been. One good thing, staff at lounge are friendly and nice. Rooms quality ok, spaces and clean, but the old small sofa with dated marks and dirty. Also be aware the shower water, temperature keeps changing and I almost get burnt, when my wife was flush the toilet, it shouldn’t happen in a five star hotel.
