I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best things about this place is its location — it’s in a perfect spot that’s close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient to explore the area. Despite being in a central area, it was still peaceful and quiet at night, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the hotel. It only takes 20 minutes to take the subway to the city center. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The continental breakfast buffet is not too many, but it is enough to eat and delicious; the hotel room is about 97% new, with a large double bed. Although the room is not big, it can accommodate 2 24-inch suitcases; there are small tables, long seats, 55-inch TVs, electric kettles, hangers and small safes, etc., but there is no small refrigerator, which is not very convenient. There are enough power sockets, the sheets and quilts are white, clean and comfortable, the central air conditioner is cold and quiet, and the WIFI speed is fast. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a standing bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet is clean and drains quickly. The hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective and I will consider it again when I come to Vienna.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a small train station across the road when you go out. There is an airport bus. The bus leaves every hour and costs 30. It costs 9€ for adults and 4.5€ for children. It is convenient and fast! We chose this hotel because we were going to the airport🏨. It’s in an economical location and convenient for taking the subway🚇3U, which takes 4 stops to the city center. The 24-hour ticket we bought for 8 euros was only 2.4 euros a time! I have done this many times and never seen a ticket check!

Location is great as it is only few minutes away from the local tube and tram stop. However bare in mind if you are sensitive to sound as there is tube running constantly till midnight and you can hear the noise even request for quiet room. Also they appear have no air-condition at all as they are centrally controlled. You can no control what so ever with the temperature. Be prepare to get roasted. On our second night we ended up to request a fan because it is too hot to sleep even we already have the ”air conditioning” turned off completely.

Great hotel with amazing staff and quality of service. I arrived to the hotel and was allocated a room that had no fridge and asked a member of staff to provide me a fridge, so they changed a room to a better one. This is an amazing level of professionalism to satisfy the needs of the client. I was pleased to stay there for a night. Everything was very clean and perfect. I really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is about 8 minutes away from the nearest subway. It is a typical business hotel with self-service check-in and parking lot on the ground floor. The room is not big and the bathroom is small. There is no refrigerator. The overall hygiene level is OK. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet. Next to it There is a large shopping mall and several large supermarkets. It is very convenient to supply supplies. This is a major selling point of the hotel's location. Although it is not the first choice, it is good as a second choice.

The location is well connected to the public transportation where you can easily reach to the city center. The rooms are big enough and equipped with bathtub, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The housekeeping could be improved in details, there was dust on the floor, but generally it was great. There is a nice bar in the main floor which runs by friendly stuff.We really enjoyed our stay in Renaissance hotel.

I wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe. P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel location is good, I like a lot of Chinese restaurants around, for the Chinese who have been out for a long time, I still miss the taste! There is also a supermarket nearby, convenient! In addition, it is super convenient to take the subway and tram. There is also a special bus to the airport for 30 minutes. The balcony room on the roof is especially good!

We really liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was great, the coffee as well. We got a quiet room, which we enjoyed so much. The location is excellent, everything is within easy reach by underground. We really missed the fridge in the room as neither lunch nor dinner is available at the hotel. The mattress of the bed could have been harder. All in all, we recommended the hotel to everyone if you want to stay at a good place for a reasonable price.
