Good stay with location close to central station. Cafes and supermarkets nearby, transport is just kins away from hotel. Hotel provides hand soap/body/shampoo . Theres a mini kitchen, with kettle provided. Theres also washing machine and dryer within hotel which requires seperate payment via app. Theres also a car park underneath which also requires payment at the machine before exiting. Always nice to stay here after 3 visits.
This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the train station, making travel very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort!
The staff of this hotel was very helpful and respectful especially the Tunisian guy in the reception. I was able to put my luggage in the storage and have been given free parking after I have already left the hotel and came back to take my luggage from the storage. However, I didn't like the hotel room design and the system of house keeping. The room design give small space to hang you clothes and but your things behind the bed. It is a modern design trying to be economic. There was no telephone or safe to store your valuable things. The house keeping is every three night or upon request which is I didn't like as we were a family and need regular cleaning. There was only one bottle of soap in the bathroom was for both hir and shower there was not shower gel or conditioner or hand moisture. However, after the first cleaning the bathroom sink bottle was not filled. The location of this hotel is very good as it is close to the Vienna main station for railway and metro.

First time experience where I had to self check in.. was relatively smooth experience.
Location is very next to the main station, and therefore very convenient should you have connecting trains to go elsewhere in Europe.
The rooms were just right, had everything you need including a place to cook if you must. Only thing to complain about if anything was the lack of a proper fan as the tiny fan was no good as Austria is quite warm during summer. Highlight of the trip for my wife was discovering the laundry room.
Overall great experience and both of us really liked it.
I booked this four-star hotel for one night. After checking in, I felt that it was cost-effective. Although the location was a little off, the room was large and comfortable. I also bought a 72-hour public transportation pass, which did not affect my access. I booked another three nights. I felt good. The problem occurred on the last night. I felt something flying in the middle of the night. I turned on the light and was shocked to see something like a winged insect perched on the ceiling. In a hurry, I stood on the bed and used the map to hit it. The bed was too soft and I couldn't stand steadily. The insect flew to the headboard again. This time I hit it. I was worried that it was not dead, so I wrapped it in a tissue and threw it into the toilet and flushed it.
Arrived at the airport at 11 pm. Had no problem taking the public transportation to reach the hotel before 1 am. But you do need to walk about 20 minutes from the last bus station. No worry, it’s totally safe to walk during the midnight there as of July, 2024.
Room is clean and cozy. Totally worth the price.
🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

I stayed for 5 nights from May 23rd to May 28th, and the deposit was canceled 150 euros, but the credit card company has not refunded it yet. My reservation number is ****************.
Please check the refund process again and contact me.
Affordable business hotel, clean and standard. One day I bought breakfast for the convenience of the elderly, and the next day they said it was better to eat out.. It was either bad or just so-so. There are many choices in the train station opposite. Since we were just passing through Vienna for a day, we chose this hotel which is closer to the train station.
We were traveling alone.
If you are thinking about traveling from now on, you will go with multiple people, and if you are not accustomed to overseas, we recommend staying at a higher grade hotel for the first time.
First of all, at check-in on the first day of the trip, the female staff at the front desk (India and Middle East) was too cool to feel friendly.
I'm very frightened here, and if I'm in my country, I'm not at the star level.
Then, when I entered the room, I found something like a bloody pillowcase. I searched for an extension to contact the front desk, but there was no one at all. I tried to call because the front number was written on the paper attached to the card key, but I couldn't get through at all.
I had no choice but to hold a large pillow on the side while taking a look around me and ask the front desk, and another male staff (similar to tall Harry Sugiyama) responded very amiably and politely.
We haven't solved the problem until the end of the line when the extension phone doesn't work. (I was explained that there may be a problem with this phone line)
I stayed with breakfast, but the breakfast was very normal and the staff here was friendly and very good.
Amenities are only equipped body soap and a firm windy dryer. There are towels.
Another man who responded at check-out was also kind.
It's a very personal judgment, but it's better to consult with Color 々 when you're a male staff member. Obviously the solution is quick.
As a general comment, those who are accustomed to traveling are reasonable and necessary and sufficient hotels. If you are not accustomed to traveling, this is a hotel with some regrets.

Great
LLamiaaaaaThe room was quite clean, and parking was free. Overall, it was good. The only downside was that there was no in-room phone to call the front desk. I had to use my personal mobile phone to dial a specific number to reach them, which was a bit inconvenient.
喵喵陳The room is very large with very high ceilings and clean enough but note that there is no air conditioning
Very good with kitchen and cutlery
The location is not close to the city center attractions but there is a light rail at the door that can be taken to half an hour or so directly
There is a place in the basement to put your luggage but if you pass the check out time password you can't enter the main door I just happened to have someone out the door before I got back to get my luggage
Only hand sanitizer and shower gel are provided in the bathroom Others must be prepared
There are two major supermarkets and a DM about 5 minutes walk nearby which is very convenient
EEricConveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?
AAnonymous UserRoom clean and tidy. Service very nice and English speaking. The only downside is the rooms on the walls quite numerous scratches, probably after rearranging.
GGuest UserWe had very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs were so kind, especially Ali, he was very welcoming and informative for our first visit in Vienna. Very clean room as well as lobby public area, a bit away from the city center but it’s just 5-10minutes tram or bus ride away. Highly recommended.
JJ FerGreat location , easy to find. Essential needs met within studio flats. No extras (teas/coffees/ water bottles, which would have brought this to 5*)
Would be better to have check in machine operate consistently in English as was a mix of German / English which was a little challenging after a long trip!
