Arrived at the airport at 11 pm. Had no problem taking the public transportation to reach the hotel before 1 am. But you do need to walk about 20 minutes from the last bus station. No worry, it’s totally safe to walk during the midnight there as of July, 2024.
Room is clean and cozy. Totally worth the price.
Staff was profesional and kind. Brekfast was very delicious. I was very surprised with free coffee machine. Place of hotel ísť about 40 minutes from the main centre od Vienna, but public travel have good organisation. If I come back to Vienna I will choose this hotel again.
The room is really decent and clean. The kitchen is highly functional to us, except that there is no Kettle for boiling water. The bathroom is very clean and big enough. The one for all shampoo, body wash could be improved. The room is quiet at night. We also love the self service of getting bed mattress by ourselves. Check-in and check-out have never been so easy. The idea of providing salt, sugar and oil at the common area for shared use is so fantastic, and I have never seen this excellent service in other European Hotels or Hostels. It is very close to the Train Station, and 4 mins walk from the nearest supermarket Lidl !! The instant email replies from the CS service are also warm and friendly. They provide utensils when requested and facilitate our cooking a lot! We would recommended this hotel to our friends ;) Thank you very much

Satisfy with my stay at leornado hotel. The room is amazingly comfortable and I like the cozy design at lobby. Location is super strategic and convenient, it just 6mins walking distance from Vienna Hbf. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Vienna
Hotel is great in general. Location is excellent. It’s just a 5 min walk from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf), you can literally see the station from the hotel. Metro station (Keplerplatz) is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Self check in, room is neat, most importantly noise blocking is pretty good at night. They tidy your room every three nights, but you could always ask for a fresh set of towels at the reception.
Nice hotel with a great location, within walking distance to the train station. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. It also has a washing machine, which was very convenient.
The only downside is that they don’t clean the room if you stay for just two nights.
The interior is just like what you see in the pictures. It’s spacious, new, clean and well equipped. The supermarkets are nearby with a lot of choices. Google map directs us to walk 8 mins from the central station to take tram 1 to reach the hotel but actually there’s tram 1 in the train station. It’s not so far away from the city and main attraction. My mum cooked delicious Chinese food for me during our stay there. Be mindful that there’s no seasonings or oils in the kitchen, but you can get them from the supermarket.
Room clean and tidy. Service very nice and English speaking. The only downside is the rooms on the walls quite numerous scratches, probably after rearranging.
Very convenient location close to Vienna Central Station with many restaurants and shops. Guest rooms and kitchen didn't have any kettles but there's small place for basic cooking, and a lot of common place indoors and outdoors. Self-check with your booking confirmation or ask the staff for help. Many large groups of guests everyday and can be crowded and noisy at night but overall good value for money.
Good value for money. It's a small commute from the main train station, but doesnt take too long to get into the city centre. However, the air conditioning machine was broken and clicked all night.
Additionally, the evening staff checked in another group into my room. So while I was in bed, I had guests arrive and begin to enter my apartment using a functioning key card. My card had been cancelled and stopped working.
When I went downstairs to get my card working again, the staff had no idea this happened at all. The staff was apologetic.
It's good value for money, provided your air con works and they don't send other customers into your room at night by accident.

VVerified Member🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days and the price is really cheap. The best part is that the female room is not more expensive than other rooms. I am very satisfied. It takes an hour to walk to the city center and about 15 minutes by car.
MMJJSDecent location with tram to the city centre within 100m of the front door.
Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side.
The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them
From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option.
Overall, great value for money!
GGuest UserWe were traveling alone.
If you are thinking about traveling from now on, you will go with multiple people, and if you are not accustomed to overseas, we recommend staying at a higher grade hotel for the first time.
First of all, at check-in on the first day of the trip, the female staff at the front desk (India and Middle East) was too cool to feel friendly.
I'm very frightened here, and if I'm in my country, I'm not at the star level.
Then, when I entered the room, I found something like a bloody pillowcase. I searched for an extension to contact the front desk, but there was no one at all. I tried to call because the front number was written on the paper attached to the card key, but I couldn't get through at all.
I had no choice but to hold a large pillow on the side while taking a look around me and ask the front desk, and another male staff (similar to tall Harry Sugiyama) responded very amiably and politely.
We haven't solved the problem until the end of the line when the extension phone doesn't work. (I was explained that there may be a problem with this phone line)
I stayed with breakfast, but the breakfast was very normal and the staff here was friendly and very good.
Amenities are only equipped body soap and a firm windy dryer. There are towels.
Another man who responded at check-out was also kind.
It's a very personal judgment, but it's better to consult with Color 々 when you're a male staff member. Obviously the solution is quick.
As a general comment, those who are accustomed to traveling are reasonable and necessary and sufficient hotels. If you are not accustomed to traveling, this is a hotel with some regrets.
SSun_shine___17We stayed here for 3 days but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any longer. It was right next to the train station which was convenient but the room was outdated. House keeping was non existent. They didn’t clean when we requested they come - just fluffed a duvet. The room felt very dusty as did the carpet. We even told reception to clear the shared coffee station upstairs as it was dirty, full of dirty mugs, dirty work top, dirty coffee jugs and has been like that since we arrived, the lady at the desk brazenly said “housekeeping are doing that”. But they did not. Acom should invest more in to this hotel to modernise it.
EEricConveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?
GGuest UserWe had very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs were so kind, especially Ali, he was very welcoming and informative for our first visit in Vienna. Very clean room as well as lobby public area, a bit away from the city center but it’s just 5-10minutes tram or bus ride away. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThere is no reception to help you to check in or check out. We do not know Germany, it is difficult to use the translation to fill in the form to complete the self-help check in. The room has everything you need to cook. It is very useful. There is no cleaning or rubbish bags. We need to clean the place and even to mop the house.
