Great hotel for layover or stay-over as it is located in Erdberg, Vienna’s hub of many national and international long-distance bus connections. It’s also close to the Vienna Int’l Airport. You can expect great service from the hotel staff.

Hotel with good cleanliness and service. The location is slightly far from city centre, but transportation such as metro, bus or trams are accessible. Easy to get to Wien Hbf as well. WiFi is quite unstable (depends on room)

Though a little farther from Wien HBF than some of the other hotels I usually stay at when in Vienna, still a convenient location. Nice modern facilities and staff was great and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious for the three of us. My nephew really enjoyed the bunkbeds which were very high quality. Would stay here again when traveling with family.

The room is large, simple and comfortable in design, and in good sanitary condition. Drinking water can be obtained from the tap, and the air conditioning is sufficient. The location is within a 10-minute walk from the Flixbus bus station and the subway station. There is a large supermarket next door, which is very convenient. I stayed in Vienna for two nights, and this price is very affordable. There are two shortcomings, first, there is no hair dryer, and second, you can't store luggage. Everything else is great, cost-effective, and worth recommending.

The hotel has an older style and could use some updates, but it makes up for it with a very quiet and relaxing environment. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the great location—everything you need is nearby, from supermarkets to cafés and public transport. It’s easy to get around and explore the area. If you’re looking for something simple, peaceful, and well-located, this hotel does the job nicely—even if it’s a bit past its prime.

Elegant stay – NH Wien Belvedere NH Wien Belvedere is located near Belvedere Palace and is convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, and the bread and cheese were especially delicious. The staff were polite and the friendly atmosphere was impressive. Booked this hotel for 2 nights in Vienna. Location wise, it's not the most convenient. It is not within walking distance to either the main train station or the city center. The closest metro station is about a 5-7 minutes walk. It is predominantly a residential area but there are some good and cheap eateries near the metro station. The hotel is part of a sports club (hence the name Sportshotel). There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves great food at reasonable price. The hotel also has a sauna which is free for guests of the hotel to use but I haven't tried it. The room itself is quite spacious with the usual amenities minus a kettle (so can't make coffee or tea in your room)! Not sure whether this is typical for all hotels but other hotels I've stayed in neighboring countries all have kettle. It is very clean with daily cleaning. It has a big window which gets quite a bit of sunlight and a safe to store valuables.

The hotel's design is modern and elegant, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The room is clean and well-equipped (free upgrade to a large room with refrigerator) Rich variety of breakfast The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Vienna Main Station, and there is a tram passing by the door. The Belvedere Palace is next door, which makes it convenient for us to explore this beautiful city. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem at all with luggage storage. We had a great time here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

10/10 rating. The quality of a top-notch hotel is shown in a crisis. I had a fall and head injury at the hotel, and their handling has been exemplary. Thanks to Mrs. Trivanovic who administered first aid and contacted ambulance. Thanks to Ms. Anica Bauer and the front office team for checking with me every two hours to ensure I’m alright as I was a senior traveling alone. The reception picks up the call immediately whenever I feel dizzy and insecure. I feel very safe at the hotel. As I don’t speak German, special gratitude to Anica, who helped with buying medication, follow-up communication with the ambulance and hospital, translation, administration and all my needs, always responsive, thoughtful and patient. This aside, the hotel has direct train from airport, the breakfast is outstanding with even diet jam, delicious omelette, tomato juice., etc, the room is spacious. Stayed at Andaz 2 years ago with my mum and left very good impression. This time I travel with my husband & everything is good just felt room is much smaller comparing 2 years ago, maybe I booked different room types. Breakfast considered very good for Europe standards. definitely cannot compare with Asia. They serve unlimited mineral water and sparkling water at lobby and coffee which is a bonus in Europe.
