The facilities were limited. Slippers and water were not provided even though we requested them. Not even tea or coffee bags were left in the room, which reduced the score.

The hotel was in a great location. It was in the heart of the city centre. But there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away despite the constant airing of the room and there were a lot of moths in the room.

Satisfied, the house is very new. The location is also very convenient, the subway can walk to most of the city center attractions. The bathroom water is very small and the room has some taste, so I didn't give full marks.

The location is really good. Just around the corner there is a subway station. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

A surprisingly pleasant stay! Although we were confused as to how our room could see The Opera House. It was noisy as we had to open the window (no air conditioning). The shower cubicle was large and decent stay for the price. The location was perfect to get on early morning Day Trip pick up. We stayed 6 nights, comfortably. Had hoped the hotel offer a kettle in the room, or make available microwave at the lobby to warm food in late night. Thanks.

The hotel is great and beautiful. The website and password are sent by email to open the door and elevator, which is very convenient and easy to use! The room is a little small, but very clean and tidy. We are just above the street and can see a great street view, but it is a little noisy. The hotel is in a great location!

I really like the decoration style of the hotel room! It gives people a sense of intimacy at home and the price is low when booking, and the price is particularly high. The location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere! The only small drawback is that there are too many rooms on the first floor, looking for them like a maze.

Close to Stephansdom, just a five minute walk from the hotel to Kärntner Straße, Graben Street, and the nearby Encore Bell. There is a subway station, a supermarket, and a lot of places to eat. In short, the activities are very convenient.

That stay was awesome. I started 2night, really good. It was so clean, peaceful and quiet. This hotel has an elevator which is slow because this hotel has 8floors. When I check in there, they gave many information and a map it’s useful for us. And they could give me some discount for some concerts. I already booked a concert, but if you don’t have any concert tickets, you can apply this.
