Solid Location and Great Value
The hotel is perfectly located between the Vienna Main Train Station and Old Town, making everything very walkable. The room was very spacious and clean. Only complaint I had is the WiFi was unreliable whenever I attempted to catch-up with work. Otherwise the hotel was great!

We had a great 3-night stay here, staff was lovely and friendly, great selection for breakfast, perfect location to main area & the central train station. Room was super, clean and so spacious, I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay 🙌🏼

The hotel is clean. Good heating. Plenty of hot water to shower. Helpful microwave, mini bar and tea/ coffee. Very affordable. It is old and dated - but I think it added to the charm. It’s a hotel rich in history. Very central. Short walk to the main city with main trams and buses outside the entrance. The receptionist Evelyn is a star. So helpful and knowledgeable. She is the pleasant face that you need in a foreign city. Will definitely visit again.

Nice that the two beds were separated into separate rooms for a little privacy. Only one of four hotels we stayed at that had that feature.
One wish list thing. The hotel clearly describes the full breakfast buffet for 25 euros but it certainly would be nice if they also had an al a cart or continental offering. My crew starts the day light with a pastry and a coffee before heading out for the day and couldn't justify spending 25 euro for that. And where this was located I didn't see any breakfast alternatives near the place.

The street outside was under construction at the time of our visit,but it was still an amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Definetely not 4star hotel, but used to be very chick hotel probably. Nice area, close public transport, it took as 5 minutes to get to opera with U1 line. Nice breakfest, good overall service. Personel speaks in enblish, german and also russian. Definetely good for this price.
